4.1 · 64 reviewsThe staff never communicated with me about my mother and they never knew what was going on. The place smelled of urine and ammonia, carpets and rugs were old and dirty, the food was horrible, they constantly lost my mothers things eventhough I wrote her name on everything. The staff didn’t keep files or records in the residents and didn’t care about them. They locked them in their rooms during covid and didn’t check on them timely. I complained that my mothers tv wasn’t being turned on and it took two months for maintenance to connect the cable after multiple complaints. This place was a slum…

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience, the community was very clean and the staff were all super friendly.
I went to Manchester Court. It's a nice place. The rooms are just what it is, just a room. The staff there was nice. I spoke to the receptionist, two of the people, I think the man is like the director, and then she's like the assistant director that I spoke to. I was able to see everything that they had to offer, the rooms, the activity rooms, and the place where they eat. They told me when it was non-COVID, how they would try to take the people out. They just really explained everything to me and the place was clean. When you walk in the door, you have to sign in. You have to tell them…

I was able to see everything that they had to offer, the rooms, the activity rooms, and the place where they eat. They told me when it was non-COVID, how they would try to take the people out. They just really explained everything to me and the place was clean. When you walk in the door, you have to sign in. You have to tell them whether or not you had a -- have you been tested for Covid or not? You sanitize your hands before they unlock the door to let you in. It was just a nice experience. They told me they do have someone to come and have church service with the people. They have different activities, and they just basically said we do activities with them. They might be having to listen to different music, play games, or listen to someone sing, or they try to sing or dance. It was just a variety of things that they had. So the activity area was very big area. It was where they ate in that area. They had movie time in that area. I'm thinking, everything was happening in this big room, in the back of the building. I think they needed more space. That big room was serving as the everything room. I think it needs to be more divided up. But for the building and where it was sitting, it's the best they could do.

Worst place ever
Manchester Court was there for me at one of the most difficult times in my life. I felt inadequately equipped and alone in my search to find memory care for my mom. When I found Manchester Court and the team worked to onboard my mom, her life was saved and my peace was restored. Without any support, I was unable to provide the level of care my mom needed. The staff has taken care of my mother and I sincerely appreciate them all.
Such an amazing place! The staff is very knowledgeable, caring, and respectful to their clients needs. I highly recommend checking this place out for anyone looking for exceptional care.
I visited Manchester Court three years ago. It seemed very nice. If my sister had gone there, I would probably have really looked into it seriously. I was just in the lobby, so I really could not accurately tell too much more, but it seemed OK. I talked to the manager, and he was very informative and gave me all the information I needed. They had quite a few activities, just about anything that you would want, like shopping trips, educational-type assistance -- really pretty much anything that you would be looking for as far as being an active adult. They had trips out to dinner, an exercise room, and a library. I would have considered it. It's an excellent location. It's not too far from the hospital, and it's very close to quite a few doctors and medical specialists. It's in a quiet little neighborhood, so it's not like an institution. I didn't see everything, but the residents that I saw there looked very happy.
It's a nice facility and my mom likes it there. They ramping up the activities again and that makes my mother happy. The apt is good-sized, and my mom doest always care for the food. But they will fix her something different if she doesn't like what they serve. I would recommend this community to others
