My mother absolutely loves Magnolia Senior Living! This is the reason I give it 5 stars. The staff is loving, caring, and attentive to Mom's needs. The facility has the feel of home and is well maintained. Mom enjoys the daily activities and balanced meals. The residents are all delightful. I was referred to Magnolia by a good friend and feel the strong need to pass on to others. In less than a week my mother was calling Magnolia her home. I highly recommend this exceptional place!
My father was unfortunately at this facility for several years. They are severely understaffed and the place smells like urine from the minute you walk in the door. Repeated complaints to the director Amethyst Shepard are met with deaf ears. Do yourself and your loved a favor and avoid this place. Unprofessional in every way.
My mom has been a resident at Magnolia Loganville since December 2024, and her experience there has been very positive. The staff is caring and attentive to the needs of each resident, creating an inviting environment. A wide variety of daily activities keeps her engaged and active. The smaller number of residents allows staff to build personal relationships with everyone, which adds to the sense of community. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Every staff member is friendly and welcoming Mom is a 2 room suite so it's plenty big but the singles look good too Cable is extra but all needs are met otherwise Mom complains about the food as far as no seasoning and same foods repeatedly served. I have eaten there and it's ok And she would like to see church services there Otherwise no complaints
I toured Magnolia Senior Living Loganville. It was very nice and very comparable to the other facility. It was nice and clean. One of the directors took me around, and it was great. She showed me everything. I went through several different areas of the place. I had no complaints with that. It just came down to a little bit more for location and price. I saw some of the residents were eating, some were watching TV, and some were doing puzzles.
5 on all. it's clean and staff is friendly and we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
MY MOM LIKES OK BUT SHE RATHER BE HOME ❤️ THERE IS NO HOME FOR A LOVED ONE FROM MOM AND DAUGHTER!
My mom is staying in Magnolia Senior Living Loganville's memory care. Everything was in good condition, clean, and looked like it was well-kept. I was pleased with it. I think the staff was caring. Everything that we wanted from them, as far as attention for my mom, they adequately provided. They have devotion every morning, and Bible study once a week. They have a garden where you can take your loved one out for fresh air or sit outside under a canopy and have private time with them, whether they're in a wheelchair or if they're able to walk alone. They always had tablecloths, cloth napkins, and silverware. Tables were always set for every meal and cleared right after the meal was completed by the residents. The food was balanced and tasty too. I don't have any complaints.
