Some of the staff smiled, spoke but most didn’t show any kind of kindness to my husband. He ended up going to the hospital on 7/17 and passed away on 7/27. They took money out of our checking account for August and are telling me they won’t give it all back EVEN though he has been not in the facility since 7/17! Also they were supposed to notify the pharmacy when he left on that date but they didn’t so the pharmacy is…

My husband was here for 4 weeks in memory care. He had a sitter 24 hours a day the whole time so the Historic Roswell staff essentially did not care for him except give meds. Some of the staff smiled, spoke but most didn’t show any kind of kindness to my husband. He ended up going to the hospital on 7/17 and passed away on 7/27. Also they were supposed to notify the pharmacy when he left on that date but they didn’t so the pharmacy is charging me for days he NEVER received medications! Buyer beware! I am very disappointed with this facility. There were a few employees that showed some kindness but I was truly disappointed. Oh, this is my wonderful, kind husband in this picture. Married 47 years, I feel so guilty having him in this memory care.
Beautiful community with friendly staff. Dreena at the font desk is amazing! She greets you with such a warm and friendly spirit. I visit several senior living communities and this is one of my favorites!

My mother was a resident there until recently. At first, we were impressed with a cleanliness, but that has declined in the past year The food that is served to the memory care. Patients is less than acceptable. Iba dado my mother was happy. I attribute that more to her personality than anything else. There are a couple of staff members that are outstanding, such as Cla, Take, the wellness, director, and the activities director The rest of the staff is pretty transient and our found on their cell phones, while at work, not paying attention to anything, but they’re screen This was a observed, mostly over the weekend when we visit it. Mom The leadership is less than transparent and change his stories when convenient As I said, the wellness, director and activities director are excellent They are all of the three stars rating I had great hope but left. Disappointed.
Dreena is awesome! As a home health nurse, she makes my visit so easy, especially when it comes to locating patients in the building.

the receptionists and the directors/ activities directors are absolutely amazing! the residents are outgoing and you can tell that the nurses and aids treat them kindly.
Dreena is very nice and a great help. She is very welcoming to the guests.
