Oak Leaf Manor (Roswell, GA) is a true hidden gem for families seeking compassionate, high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. From the moment you step inside, there’s an immediate sense of peace and genuine hospitality that sets it apart from larger, more impersonal facilities. What makes Oak Leaf Manor special is its intimate, home-like setting. With a smaller number of residents, the staff is able to provide truly personalized, heartfelt care—taking the time to understand each individual’s needs, challenges, preferences, and personality. Our family member experiences this every day and is well cared for. When we visit, we feel the peace, warmth and care of home. The environment itself is always clean well maintained, including our family member's room, creating a comfortable space that just feels like home. If you’re looking for a place where care feels personal, relationships matter, and your loved one will be well cared for and treated like family, Oak Leaf Manor is an great choice.

As a hospice nurse, I have the unique perspective to visit and work in numerous different personal care homes and assisted living communities throughout my career. Without a doubt, Oakleaf Manor is my absolute favorite. PCH and ALFs are typically the last home our loved ones will know; It is imperative that they are treated with dignity, respect and valued during their final season of life. Without a doubt, Oakleaf Manor is my absolute favorite. PCH and ALFs are typically the last home our loved ones will know; It is imperative that they are treated with dignity, respect and valued during their final season of life. The staff and leadership AT OLM provide exceptional care to the residents who live here. Residents are encouraged to engage in a sense of community involvement, share common values with each other and participate in activities. If you are looking for a home for your loved one, where they are safe, comfortable and feel valued, you have found it at Oakleaf Manor

My father lived in two assisted living facilities before we found Oakleaf Manor. Oakleaf Manor was the first place that truly got him the proper medical care he needed. The staff is exceptional-experienced and compassionate. many of them have been there a long time which shows in the consistency and quality of care. Most importantly they treated my Dad like a person. Over time they became more than caregivers-they became our family. I will always be grateful for the care, dignity, and support they gave my Dad and us.

We moved my mom to Oakleaf from a large facility and the care was so much better! The staff is very kind and work tirelessly caring for the residents. I love the homelike environment and ability to visit with my mom every day. Lisa, the owner is quick to communicate, keeps the facility exceptionally maintained, and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of senior care. So grateful we found Oak Leaf Manor!

Both my mother and my husband were residents for almost 3 years. The management and staff are first class. The Manor feels more like a home than an assisted living facility. I visited frequently, arriving at different times of the day and always found my loved ones cared for.

My family is forever grateful to Lisa and the entire staff of Oak Leaf Manor, who so lovingly cared for our mother and father during the final years and days of their beautiful lives. Thank you again for the quality of care, dignity, and love you gave to them! Mark Zanone RN Hospice Nurse

I moved my Mother and Sister to Oak Leaf Manor from a larger, corporate-owned Assisted Living and Memory Care facility. The first thing I noticed was the huge difference it makes when the owner, Lisa South, is an involved, caring person and nurse that only hires people who share a devotion to the residents in their care. In the previous Memory Care facility, my Sister refused to eat her meals in the dining room and seldom left her room, despite the attempts of a wonderful caregiver. Lisa took the challenge, thinking she could address this within a few days. Incredulous, I made her a $20 bet! In the first day she had my sister eating in a quiet, detached room. By day two, she was eating with everyone else. Bet lost… money well spent! Lisa also empowers her staff to identify and fix issues. We had requested that Mom and my Sister be seated at the same dining room table. In this smaller Personal Care Home, the care givers also serve the meals. They noticed that Mom was constantly encouraging her daughter to eat more. This embarrassed my Sister in front of her table mates, and she left without finishing her meals. Their solution was to move Mom to a nearby table. Voila!... Mom enjoys her conversations, not feeling the need to be the caregiver, and my Sister finishes her meals. This kind of care combined with troubleshooting just cannot be expected of “servers” in a larger community dining room. If you are looking for a community with bus trips, extensive activity calendars and fancy menus and dinnerware, this may not be what you are after. If compassionate care by long-term staff in a positive environment is at the top of your list, you’ve found the right place.

After considering many options to find a facility to take care of my mother our family decided on Oak Leaf Manor. We were not disappointed after making a difficult decision. Lisa South was amazing and so helpful with all of the residents. Her team was 2nd to none with a nurturing quality we were looking for in a home setting. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to help care for a loved one to consider Oak Leaf Manor.
