4.4 · 77 reviewsThis place has came a long way. I am very excited to see where they may end. Erica & Hannah are great for their positions. I haven’t been in here since 2020 but they had expanded the building. They even have physical therapy for the patients in the building .
Haven has just moved into this new role and is making giant strides in improvement of not only the building and staff but residence morale which is so important!!!! Love to see the positive changes headed in this positive direction!
With recent Administration changes the team is doing a fantastic job. Love all the updates that they are doing to make it a very nice building to live in.

I am so happy for one of my best friends on his transfer to Highlands Senior Living! From everything I’ve seen and heard, the staff is welcoming, caring, and professional. It’s comforting knowing he joined a team that truly seems passionate about caring for others and creating a positive environment for residents. Wishing him so much success in this new chapter!
I recently toured this Senior living home while searching for the right place for a family member, and I was truly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt warm, welcoming, and well cared for. Haven was absolutely amazing throughout the entire visit. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood every step of the process. What stood out the most was how friendly and genuine he is—you can tell he truly cares about the residents and their families. Making a decision like this can be overwhelming, but Haven made the experience so much easier and more comforting. I left feeling confident and reassured that my loved one would be in great hands here. Highly recommend touring and speaking with Haven if you’re considering care options for your family member!
My mom has been a resident here for over a year. Since the beginning, AnneMary, Erika, Catherine, Tracy, and really most all the staff I've interacted with have been so so kind and helpful. It's not easy assisting a loved one that needs daily help. They have been very informative and understanding. I would and do recommend the Cartersville location to friends. And to everyone at Highlands Senior Living Cartersville, Thank You for looking after my mom like she's a part of your own family!!!
Annmarie Pasmore was amazing and she went beyond with concern.
In the short time my father-in-law has been a resident here, the support our family has received has been truly remarkable. The staff has been compassionate, patient, and incredibly responsive during a very difficult transition. What truly sets this community apart is that it is family-owned, not corporately run… and it shows. The administrator, Annemarie, is fully involved, always available, and has personal experience with dementia/Alzheimer’s, which has made all the difference for our family. We are very new to this disease & we immediately felt supported from day one. We are deeply grateful for the care, professionalism, and genuine compassion.
