4.5 · 64 reviewsI wanted to take a minute to say what a wonderful facility this is. A dear friend of mine, Mrs. Shirley was a resident here and received excellent care from everyone. I want to especially thank the director, Haley, she was always friendly and helpful. It’s wonderful to see someone lead by example.
Haley, the administrator of this facility is the sweetest, and she made my experience with them fantastic.
My relative is at Harborview Satilla. They have nursing care facilities. I've seen her meals, and they looked very good. She is a picky eater, but she eats all of them. The ambience of the facility is pretty. I think it's a good facility. As far as my experience with nursing homes, it meets medium to high standards. The nurses come in quite frequently to check on the patients. The overall setting is good. It's not depressing; it's very uplifting. They have activities. My relative is at Harborview Satilla. They have nursing care facilities. I've seen her meals, and they looked very good. She is a picky eater, but she eats all of them. The ambience of the facility is pretty. I think it's a good facility. As far as my experience with nursing homes, it meets medium to high standards. The nurses come in quite frequently to check on the patients. The overall setting is good. It's not depressing; it's very uplifting. They have activities. I've seen residents in their dining area playing games and doing things. The staff members are very cordial. They acknowledge you, and they're very active with the patients. They're not all just sitting in their station; they're working the halls and they're with the patients. They have also worked with my relative's payments as far as the insurance she has. Everything has been solid. They schedule calls with us to give us updates. The heads of each department are all on the phone giving you updates, and I like that a lot.

Ashley Riner helped me tremendously when I needed both of my parents admitted to Harborview Satilla. She made it a lot easier during a difficult time. My dad ended up spending 3 months there for rehab. Cory Hiers and his team helped to get him walking again allowing him to go home. My mom is still there and she tells me how much she loves Erica Tuker. Erica goes out of her way to make sure everyone has what they need.
Nichole Rigby took good care of of my grand father Mr Charlie for so many years I love her for the love and detection she have given if I need her for any more of my family I hope she is available thank you Nichole praying for you all way's have a part in my heart
My mother had surgery on her leg due to a blocked artery and needed a rehabilitation facility to help her recover. She has participated in other rehabilitation programs in the past and this time she wanted to try Harborview Facility. She indicated to me that she was very pleased with their therapeutic program, as well as the support staff at the facility. According to her, they were very patient with her and kept her highly encouraged throughout the recovery process. As her son, I was pleased with the positive interaction between the physical, occupational therapists, along with the nursing staff. Our meetings to discuss her progress were very productive. Latoya Lincoln, Erie Gordon, Cheryl Corbett, Erica (CNA) and the office administrator were people that stood out from my observations. My mother is currently doing well / thanks to her successful rehabilitation therapy program. Thanks again, Jerome Lincoln

My grandmother is a patient at Harborview Saltilla and we are very pleased with her care. She constantly brags on her nurses Tara Sallet and Misty Hickox. Tara and Misty sits and talks with her whenever they are at work and gives her the best care. she also loves Kadejaia Davis.
