My father is in Harbor at Harmony Crossing. They take good care of everybody. He's very happy. He loves the food. I didn't eat any, but the plate looks good when it comes to him. It's Southern cooking. The staff is very nice and very caring. They had some singing a while back and he was in there singing with them. They had a birthday party for him, so that was good. I haven't observed anything other than musicians coming in and singing with them. His room is very nice. He's got a private room with his own little bathroom. There's a dining room and a living room. My father is in Harbor at Harmony Crossing. They take good care of everybody. He's very happy. He loves the food. I didn't eat any, but the plate looks good when it comes to him. It's Southern cooking. The staff is very nice and very caring. They had some singing a while back and he was in there singing with them. They had a birthday party for him, so that was good. I haven't observed anything other than musicians coming in and singing with them. His room is very nice. He's got a private room with his own little bathroom. There's a dining room and a living room. The common area is nice. It's got a big TV and a bunch of La-Z-Boys, and they can all go out there and sit. Next to it is the dining area that's like restaurant dining. It's got several tables set up. Value for money is about the average of everywhere else we looked.
My terminally ill friend has been receiving excellent attention and care from a caring and professionally staff. I cannot thank them enough and when it comes my time to need care I hope I can receive the quality care as Harbor have given my friend! God bless them all. Love them all!

The Harbor is an exceptional place to live. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and makes your loved one feel like family.
I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude for the Harbour. The staff is phenomenal, the atmosphere is amazing and the residents are friendly. The Harbour is truly a wonderful place! My mom is comfortable and at peace while under medical supervision of nurses, a doctor and heads of staff. The social engagement and activities are always entertaining and varying every day. I cannot be anymore please with the Harbour at Harmony Crossing!
Thank you Arlene and Shannon for the care and support you’ve provided to 3 of our loved ones. The dedicated staff has been such a blessing. We are truly grateful for all you do! If I could add more stars to this rating I would!
I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate the Harbor. Arlene, Shannon and the whole crew treat our parents like family. We know they are safe, secure and well taken care of! It is truly home away from home. 3 out of 4 of our parents have been residents at Harbor…what more can I say! The Harbor is the best in our opinion!
Every time I call this place a lady answers the phone and is not very helpful at all. Instead of answering the phone and providing service that I ask for she gets into business that does not involve her. She claims she is the business manager and will not allow me to talk with anyone else. This is the second day in a row. I will be reporting to BBB.
