The facility has serious cleanliness issues(including roaches) and treats employees poorly, management is unprofessional and needs major improvement

I had my sister here for the past two months and I just can't brag enough about this place. My first call here I spoke with Ms. Melody, and she was awesome in helping get things started. The whole staff here are so professional and caring. Everyone who visited my sister could believe how good this place is, and the cleanliness of it. It's been a hard decision to move my sister to a closer home, but they have a sister facility just 10 minutes from my home where Eatonton is an hour away. I just can't say how good this place has been, and I hope the closer one will be as good. I truly appreciate everyone here and I will miss you!!

My is Calvin Farley my experience was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly and respectful. Keep up the good work
