I brought my dad here a little over 6 months ago. It was the hardest decision my wife and I ever had to do but he needed 24/7 care that we couldn’t provide. He had numerous options but he chose this facility because he wanted to be with his boys. It was the best decision. I can tell you he had a month to get settled in and that was tough on him. After the adjustment WOW he has done well and has many friends with his fellow veterans. The staff from CNA’s to maintenance are so friendly and put the veterans first at all times. I want a special shout out to Sarah, Cristina and Tina they always…

I can’t brag enough on all the staff from signing in , kitchen , & all the guys that keep things working and clean !

Georgia VFW Posts cooked 200 burgers and 200 hotdogs, beans, fixings, and desert for the war veterans on Sunday. We enjoyed visiting with all the heroes!

Thay had a cook out for the veterans, every one ate and enjoyed time together. It turned out nice.

So i pass by the vet quite often when i go down the fall line on my way to macon or wilko and i always think about my uncle bobbie who is burried out there. Thank you for your servicd in this country. 🙏

My experience is limited to what I've read recently in legitimate media company stories about this facility. It sure sounds like the folks who run this facility have a lot of work to do to be able to state that they provide quality care to all of their residents.

After Four months of living here. I have come to the conclusion that you are how your treated. If one is given substandard treatment and do not speak up to challenge said treatment. Then we deserve said treatment. All I’m given for treatment due to a very bad fall in my residence in Louisiana residence ( and what I am going to list I had to fight and argue over and over with since being here) cold and subpar meal options. I’ve had to spend out of pocket $13-$1500. On DoorDash. Just to eat something hot and edible. I make complaints about some residence playing there TV so darn loud that I either can’t watch my show or I can’t sleep. This has got to stop and I mean now. Some staff are either ill equipped to handle and fix the problem our just don’t give a damn to solving this our any issues here. The turn around is probably ridiculously unimaginable. Do they care here? I doubt it. To those in powered to make said changes that are much need. Show the Veteran who have born the battles of war, that you care THAT WE CARE TI YOU. All of us here do not have 6 figure incomes like most of the higher up. But what we do have the power of the pen…

Do not send your people out here, the staff is rude. The experience I had was when I went for training these people treat them like the garbage, they are unsanitary, and they do not feed them. I REPEAT DO NOT SEND YOUR PEOPLE HERE FORE THEM ALL!

Very helpful and always available to answer any questions I have. my tour of the facility was amazing, smelled clean and well kept & staff was smiling, it was lunch time and the food looked good not your typical nursing home food. I only got good vibes from everyone i came in contact with. The Vets were smiling and seemed very happy, if people in a nursing home are smiling, laughing and happy it means staff is doing something right:) my father has been here for a year now he loves his nurses and all staff they take excellent care of my dad, they call me if there is any issue even if his blood pressure drops or rises in the slightest I highly recommend this place for your loved vet!!!! He goes to Walmart twice a month, out to eat, organizations throw bbqs, bingo and other things for the vets, he was even in the Christmas parade. I love how they cater to the vets here.
