We recently moved my mother-in-law into The Gardens at Royal Oaks, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Making the decision to move a loved one into assisted living is not easy, but the staff made the entire process so much less stressful. They explained what we needed to do, helped us with the paperwork, answered our questions, and made sure her medications and other details were handled correctly. We recently moved my mother-in-law into The Gardens at Royal Oaks, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Making the decision to move a loved one into assisted living is not easy, but the staff made the entire process so much less stressful. From the very beginning, they walked us through everything step by step. They explained what we needed to do, helped us with the paperwork, answered our questions, and made sure her medications and other details were handled correctly. I was amazed at how quickly everything came together. From the time we started the process until move-in day was less than two weeks. One thing that really stood out to me was that they don't just take care of the residents. They take care of the families too. Every person we dealt with was kind, patient, and willing to help. We never felt like we were bothering anyone when we had questions or concerns. The nursing staff has been wonderful, and the director stays involved and on top of things. The activities director does an incredible job. There is always something going on, but residents can participate as much or as little as they want. I love that they have choices and are not forced into activities if they would rather do something else. The Gardens feels warm, happy, and welcoming. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the people who live there and wants them to feel comfortable and at home. We are very thankful we chose The Gardens at Royal Oaks for my mother-in-law, and I would absolutely recommend it to other families.

All 5s! The place is cozy and welcoming, as are the staff. They are so kind , caring, and thoughtful to the residents! The food is always well prepared and served in a dining room with real China, silverware, glasses, etc. (Not plastic trays and plastic ware) There are so many fun activities that my dad and the other residents love. The residents are well cared for, treated with respect, and dignity. Also, the facility is kept very clean, they keep the resident's rooms and clothing clean. I highly recommend this facility!

I recently moved my sister to Royal Oaks Community & I can truly say I’m amazed at this place. Royal Oaks is a beautiful, clean community with a friendly, competent staff. Toni Thompson, Administrator, has gone overboard assisting me with my sister’s issues. Toni responds to every question or concern I’ve had. I’m very pleased with this Retirement Community.

My dad and stepmom moved into the Gardens at Royal Oak in November. We are thrilled that they are in a safe, lovely, immaculately clean environment with delicious meals, being checked on and cared for by attentive and kind staff. But what really makes my heart happy is knowing that for these final years of life, they are truly living, having fun, making friends, and not merely existing. Living far away, I love being able to follow the many activities on Facebook, but greater still is hearing the enthusiasm in my dad’s voice as he tells me about their day. He seems to have new stories to tell me every time I call. Moving into the Gardens has definitely restored the quality of their lives.

Amazing facility. Everyone is so nice and so professional. Our family finally has peace of mind knowing that our loved ones are receiving such great care. There was initial resistance to leaving their home of 30+ years but from the very first day they have been so happy. We are so grateful to the entire Royal Oaks team for providing loving care for the residents. The [name removed] family.
