I am all for reviews, good or bad, when they are true. If the intent of the picture is to portray Estella's House in a negative light, it is important to note that the photo was taken approximately six weeks after the resident left the facility and reflects her current living situation, not her time at Estella's House. Based on my own visit while she was a resident, she appeared happy, comfortable, and engaged with the other residents. In my opinion, using a photo taken after she left the facility to imply it represents her care at Estella's House is misleading. It also appears to me that she…

It also appears to me that she is unfortunately being used as a pawn in what seems to be an ongoing personal vendetta. Your mother is beautiful, but why would you put her on the internet at her most vulnerable time and at a stressful moment? My understanding is that her daughter-in-law was no longer permitted on the premises after violating the home's policies, and these reviews began afterward. If that timeline is accurate, readers should consider that context when evaluating these claims. Honest reviews help families make informed decisions. Misleading or inaccurate posts only make it more difficult.

I was taking care of my mom by myself and I had to make the decision to place in a home, I came across this facility and got to meet the staff before make the decision. We have chosen the right place, my mom loves her room and her care is top tier. I come to sit with her everyday and the staff not only care for her but they treat the others like they are one big family.

My grandma came here for a few months and every time I visited her she was well kept, cleaned and the facility is nice and clean. It gives you more of a home stay instead of nursing home. When we brought our grandma home she enjoyed having her meals on time and wanted the same treatment when we brought her home. Great JOB!!!

I was looking for a place for my mom and I was very particular because I never wanted my mom in a nursing home. Estella house is PERFECT!!! It gives a more of a family living and the staff is AMAZING and always going above and beyond.

Visited to inquire about a placement and was pleasantly surprised at how lovely and attractive the home was. The environment was very homey and comfortable. Met the owner and they seemed to be very professional and caring with the residents.

Estella House has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are kind, compassionate, and truly care about the residents. The home is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment. I would definitely recommend Estella House to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. In my family’s experience, my aunt was placed on hospice, and we felt like she wasn’t receiving the care and attention she deserved. We believe she was overmedicated, and it was heartbreaking to watch. We have serious concerns about how this facility operates, and because of those concerns, we are reporting them to the appropriate state agencies that oversee senior care. We also question whether the online reviews accurately reflect what families experience. If you have a loved one in this facility, I encourage you to visit often, ask questions, and advocate for them. Our seniors deserve compassionate, respectful, and quality care.

I have worked with the owner for several years and had the opportunity to visit the facility. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff's compassion and genuineness is evident in the care they provide. The residents there love being there. It's a place I highly recommend for your loved ones!
