During the week of Monday - Friday this facility seems to be @ a professional service but during the weekend a complete circus with very rude staff & nurses & no one is running the facility as it should be. I have a brother that has been in this facility for 2 & half year's & was sent to Paulding county hospital over the weekend of 6-28-26 for no reason he was the wrong resident that was supposed to be sent. Definitely in need a better professional care nursing staff for all situations of the facility.

I don’t even think this place deserves any stars…this place has some great staff but others that don’t care for others and their patients or how to properly treat them. The exceptional staff that work here and actually care for patients don’t have the adequate equipment to treat them. This place needs new management asap! 2-3 CNAS with 50 patients is not ok! The short staffing is ridiculous!! Nurses and CNAS have to choose who they need to care for with limited supply of wipes and bed sheets. That means other patients are not given the same treatment, but we know it’s not their fault.…

As we entered we were met by Ms. Debra at the front desk, she was very courteous and helpful as we checked in. She gave us directions how to get to my wife’s sister’s room. Had a cheerful personality and was very kind! The area was clean and everyone employee we encountered were friendly.

My sister has been there since 2023, she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Dementia and I really dislike that she's in this facility I live in Griffin and was hoping to get her closer to me instead of so far away but that was the only option that Grady Hospital could find this place is horrible my sister sits in urine and poo for long amount of time because the staff seems to refuse to change her when it occurs she is wheelchair bound whenever I go up there I'm always having to bring her clothes because they throw or lose most of them even though her name is in them this place is nasty the staff had a nasty attitude and it seems like they have a problem with giving you the money that is in a savings to buy her clothes after they throw them away so usually the money comes out of our pockets and we just can't simply afford it they have changed management so many times that I can't keep up with who's in charge anymore the place smells really bad and is falling apart in most and it is hard to get staff on the phone to ask them a question or simply just to talk to my sister they say that they can't force a patient to take a shower so when I go up I have to make sure she has a shower because there are days that she's hasn't has a shower in over a week I go and clean up her room and find bags of her clothes stuffed in a closet that hasn't been washed and is soaked in urine and feces the smell is horrible I wouldn't even put my dog in this facility I am trying to get my sister moved but it's like no one there wants to communicate with you because it seems they are all money hungry

1st visit was on 04/25/2026. Staff seemed very nice and caring. Cleanliness was very appropriate.

Enlightened

It was clean at the entrance and also looks clean on the inside.

Very nice and clean
