5.0 · 8 reviewsIt has been a wonderful experience. They have treated my loved one like family for quite some now. I don’t know what the future for my loved one holds but I know they will be there for us every step of the way.
My Mother-in-Law stayed at Cypress Ponds. She was first in the regular care and then went to the memory unit. She received the best care possible. Everyone is so caring. They all become one big, happy family! They have lots if games and outings for those that can participate. When my mother-in-law became bedridden and wouldn't eat, the staff members would sit with her to personally feed her no matter how long it took. They always kept me informed. This is the best place for your loved ones.
Cypress Pond Assisted Living is an excellent facility. I have been a resident since [date removed]. I was a resident of Maple Court for six years lived with my sister [name removed] till she passed away in [date removed]. Cypress has excellent workers here who treat their residents exceptional. The residents are so nice and friendly here and makes you feel like we are big family. I thought I needed a change so I decided to stay here since I thought it would better for me since losing my Sister. Come and join us we have all kind of activities for the residents. Cypress Pond Assisted Living is an excellent facility. I have been a resident since [date removed]. Both my parents were @ Cypress Pond the last 3 years of their life. Always kept clean and attentive to their needs ..So blessed I could place them there instead of a nursing home, where they are so neglected.
The staff at Cypress are all so welcoming. They treat residents like their own. It is truly a family atmosphere. We are so thankful for the care they provide! They go above and beyond to provide the best environment for all of the residents. I cannot begin to thank them enough for taking care of my dad.

Great facility that has a strong staff that has been stable and effective. Managed through the COVID pandemic amazingly well. Honest folks with strong Christian values.
This is a fairly new and modern facility for aging seniors. They have a wonderful Assisted Living program here. The food is good, the building and grounds are kept very well maintained. This is the place to be when you become a senior.
