Friendly well kept and very nice
The Brentwood Seniors, residence has been absolutely OUTSTANDING for my father Ted Sr. The management from the maintenance service to Ms. Jackson has been wonderful. I’m at peace knowing my father’s residence is at Brentwood. The location gives tenants easy access to downtown Cartersville and other amenities, public pool, public transportation and even the Cartersville cab system is very reasonable and some of the drivers are quite personable. Thumbs up to the Brentwood Seniors, a Class A-1 venue.

Nina, the property manager , is great at what she does. The inside and outside of the building is well maintained and secure . The residents from what I’ve noticed seem to be happy here and I believe it’s because there’s always some kind of activity going on such as regular days to play bingo, creating art work, Mother’s Day celebrations, AT&T presentations, and I’m sure there’s more good stuff to come. Brentwood Senior has an active and vibrant community of seniors!
Been here almost a year now. Very well maintained inside and out. I like the locked doors so only residents can come in with a fob. Gives me a sense of security.
Generally speaking nothing but 1 bedroom flats available. Roomy bathrooms and closets. Elevator, business center, community kitchen, exercise room and elevator. Service animals ONLY
I was a visitor with a friend who visited her mother when we arrived mother was out side in back so we sat at tables outside I kept noticing a wasp kept flying around us I looked up I see nest around tha camera then the wasp went under the table I look under nest was a size of a soft ball you would think they would eep wasp away from senior it's possible they get stung they want survive it staff you need to be on top of that as well chasing people about no smoking on property
