3.8 · 72 reviewsCigarettes everywhere as soon as you walk in at door. So gross. Roaches all over the place. Some of the staff was rude. Not all of them. A very unclean place. Rarely checked on their guests. The GM was not nice to one of the guests and was rude to her staff. I heard her tell them off. I could not get a simple temperature check. No one on staff could check vitals. I will say the male cook/chef is absolutely amazing. Just rude and unclean.
They don't have enough staff. My sister has to beg for a shower. Her emergency button has never worked. The place is not cleaned regularly and the urine smell is apparent. Visible roaches. When we complain they get better for a day. Oh and the flooring is coming apart and can be a fall hazard and it's been this way since [date removed].
Amazing place in the cook Miss Jean is amazing. Food is wonderful families love her.

My mom is safe. I wish the care staff was more friendly with the exception of 1 sweetheart during the day but intake was smooth and the professional staff is friendly and very helpful when possible.
My parents have been at Bethel for about 8 months and have really enjoyed it. Teria (GM) is always available if I ever have any questions or concerns and addresses them ASAP. When we realized it was time to move them to assisted living, it was a bit of an urgent situation. Teria met with us and was able to get us a room quickly so that both my parents would receive proper care. One thing that is very beneficial is that the care is all inclusive vs. a la carte. This was very important for my parents because their care needs have changed but we aren't being charged any additional fees. When I ask my mom if she is happy and she likes it there, she says she loves the staff and the other residents and feels that they are very well taken care of. She especially enjoys the food and fellowship at each meal.
The staff does a great job overall. I never hear 'that's not my job' like many other facilities. Teria, the GM, is very pleasant to work with. The rooms are generally cleaned well. The meals are very good overall and served at consistent times during the day. And they do their best to keep the residents engaged with activities.
What they could improve on would be - checking in on residents, taking trash out of rooms, cleaning, complete bathing schedule, cleanliness it often smells of urine
Bethel Gardens is a great place to live. My wife and I have been here for almost a year and we are so glad we chose to be here. Staff is wonderful and our General manger is the best and is a big part of our wellbeing..... we love Bethel Gardens
