I visited the facility for my loved one and spoke to Dhaezjah and Jessica social service team about my father going home. They gave me good resources and made me feel safe when it came to transitioning my dad home. He is now doing well with home health and caregivers!
This place was very clean. Staff at front door was nice. They help you get signed in so you can visit with who you are visiting with. I like that they take a picture of who is coming in the building for security reasons. However I would like to know what days they do physical therapy. Also what days do they bath the patients. But- staff was nice to me.
Dhaezjah the social worker was the best and has great customer service skills! Jessica was also great too and very attentive when it comes to my dad's care. Overall great staff/cnas who tends to my loved one needs.
Staff is so pleasant and welcoming. My mom just arrived and we have been connected with all key players in mom's rehab journey. Looking forward to monitoring progress and support but shock far so good.
I went to the facility to visit a friend. I found it very clean throughout. The receptionist was awesome!! Very helpful. On my friend’s wing, Lawrence helped me to find the room . He also typed the phone number at the facility in my phone since the print was so tiny on the card. Overall, I was very impressed with this facility

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Leticia Johnson, CNA. From the moment you entrust your loved one into her care, she goes above and beyond to provide truly outstanding service—not just to her patients, but to their families as well. Leticia has a special way of making everyone feel seen, valued, and cared for. Her compassion, kindness, and genuine dedication shine through in everything she does. She treats each patient with dignity and warmth, and she takes the time to connect with families, offering reassurance and peace of mind during what can often be a very emotional time. Knowing that your loved one is in Leticia’s care is incredibly comforting. Her attentiveness and heartfelt approach make such a meaningful difference, and it does not go unnoticed. She truly embodies what it means to provide exceptional care. Thank you, Leticia, for the incredible work you do and for making such a positive impact on so many lives. — The Hill Family
