Since day one the staff has gone above and beyond taking the best care of grandmother. Ron has to be the best activity director I have ever met. He’s always engaged with the residents He’s making it fun all day every day you can tell. He truly cares about each and every resident and just has their best interest in mind. There is no better assisted living in this area besides Benton House if you were looking for a truly amazing place that truly cares about your parent or grandparent do not look any farther than Benton House!
This is a great community with caring, professional staff. Could not recommend more!

The staff is amazing and I always have a fun when I am there! I feel like family and always looking forward to my next visit!
The director RON is amazing he carries the whole benton house on his back I think without him things would be boring & he really loves the residents as well my family is so blessed to have him!
Executive director is so nasty and rude. I would never recommend this place. She was so nasty to me and my mother. She speaks to her staff like dogs as well. She is making the place look real bad. Good luck Benton House.
If I could rate Benton house of Douglasville with 10 stars I would. Awesome place with awesome staff. Hannah always goes over and beyond to help others. This really makes a difference. Thanks for all that you do for your residents and people of the community.
