4.6 · 166 reviewsThis place has been a blessing to my father, who feels right at home. Staff are great, rooms are great and I really recommend their memory care division, which has made my dad feel at home.
Sunrise at Five Forks took excellent care of my mother. They were great about keeping me in the loop on everything from social interactions to more important medical topics. I always felt connected to the staff and Jenny, the Resident Care Coordinator. The facility offers a beautiful environment, lots of activities and a wonderful staff. I highly recommend Sunrise at Five Forks.

I had the joy of finding Sunrise at Five Forks. My husband was there for 7 months. He just recently passed away. I could not have picked a better place for him to be. From the very beginning when I first entered Sunrise, I felt a warm and inviting feeling and greeted with a wonderful staff. Everyone there in every position were so very kind and very helpful. I could see that what was most important to them was the care of my husband and all of the other residents there. I visited a lot and I saw a lot. I saw a place where my husband was very well taken care of and loved. The food is delicious and an incredible amount of choices at each meal, served in a lovely dining room. I enjoyed eating lunch with my husband and getting to know some of the residents there. There are many different activities planned for each day to meet the interest for all. There is a newspaper printed for each day. Outing are planned frequently. I met the most remarkable people in those 7 months. It became a family for me. I can't thank each and every one of them enough. I know that I gave my husband the best choosing Sunrise at Five Forks.
I have limited experience at Sunrise at Five Forks but I did have a wonderful tour with Greg and was very impressed. The facility looks first rate, clean, well organized, and well kept. The staff appeared engaged with residents and were friendly. The facility is located in a safe, quiet area. My mother lived in a few other local senior centers and I would rate Sunrise at Five Forks head and shoulders above those.
Great staff and beautiful facility. Memory care has suites but the bedrooms are separate and spacious which I haven't seen elsewhere. Great location
The facility is beautiful. The room was fresh and clean. The staff was amazing in the short time my mother was there. I was seeking an immediate place for my mother in a short time. The nurse visited my mom and approval was done quickly. Greg and Toni in the admissions office met with me and walked me through everything. I highly recommend Sunrise at Five Forks. Greg and the staff at Sunrise have always been great and very attentive. They go the extra mile to ensure that the relocation process for their residents is as seamless and stress free as possible.
