While he was only a resident for three months, he was treated with the utmost respect and care until his death early September. The staff treated him like family. While his wife lives in another facility, she came to visit her husband every week and the staff was as kind and caring to her as well. Recently, The Franklin Johns Creek assisted with a Celebration of Life for one of our dearest friends and resident. While he was only a resident for three months, he was treated with the utmost respect and care until his death early September. The staff treated him like family. While his wife lives in another facility, she came to visit her husband every week and the staff was as kind and caring to her as well. The staff took care of every detail for the celebration and made everyone feel welcome. It was a very memorable event. A great place to live with the best of care! Highly recommend The Franklin Johns Creek. Thank you to all that participated and made us feel welcome!
We have had a wonderful experience with The Franklin since we moved Dad there in October. From the beginning we were impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable staff. They seemed genuinely happy to be working there, and that says a great deal about the community. Carrie, the Executive Director, has been amazing. She is responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. We have had a wonderful experience with The Franklin since we moved Dad there in October. From the beginning we were impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable staff. The Resident Care Director Maureen was also very welcoming, flexible, and accommodating with Dad’s condition. The kitchen, wait staff, and front desk folks have all been excellent as well. They treat Dad with respect and are willing to take the extra time to help meet his needs. The building and grounds have a nice, classy feel, the rooms are good-sized, and the food has been consistently excellent, both in quality and variety. Communication with our family has also been responsive and dependable. We have experienced several senior living communities, and The Franklin is by far the best we have found. Recommend!
I want to say how much the staff in the kitchen has expressed me. Chef Carlos and his team serve 5 star quality food and the playing is so well thought of. They are amazing and really care about the residents and their nutrition. I will say its right at the top with the Michelin star restaurants...

Moved my mother in law here three weeks ago to be closer to us. We have been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and residents. In a facility like this the people are the most important piece, and we feel very good about the team and residents of The Franklin.

Moved my mom into The Franklin 3:weeks ago and it has been a wonderful transition and a welcoming environment. The residents brag on their care and are truly loving peers. The staff is attentive and always pleasant and helpful. The front porch is a relaxing place to visit mom and enjoy the wonderful Georgia weather.
Bree is amazing. She consistently goes above and beyond her role to make sure that my grandmother is comfortable and supported. She took the time to make sure my grandmother had what she needed to calm down after a difficult emotional episode. It gives me peace to know that she is so well looked after with Bree.
