Alta Ridenour

Living at Altamonte Ridenour was a great decision for my mom. It is a very clean and peaceful place to live. She doesn't have to worry about taking her trash to the dumpster; just place it out by her door Monday thru Thursday. They have a state of the art gym, activity room, large sitting room on each floor, pool, and much more. The apartments are very nice and well taken care of. It is a place that my mother can be proud to invite anyone. It it also conveniently located near the mall, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, the movie theater, and much more. I would truly recommend Alta Ridenour as a place not just for my mother but for my age group; 55 and older.

I did not have a schedule tour for these apartments but wanted to drive by just to see the location. The leasing office was open so we had an opportunity to view the apartment. The price was in our range, the grounds where kept well and the residents looked happy. The apartment was well lit and although you could see the main street from the balcony once the door was closed you could not hear a sound. The unit is roomy and also comes with a washer and dryer which is great but you are responsible for the utilities. They have several amenities which is good and the staff is very friendly. I would defiantly keep this one on my list of possibilities.
