I strongly dislike this place. They allowed my husband to be kidnapped without warning or promptly reported the incident to the police. As a result, everything went wrong, and my life has become completely chaotic. This place is not truly helping people achieve a good life.

I’m extremely great full for the staff at this facility from the nursing staff to the maintenance, kitchen staff and all others. My son is in his late 20’s and is paralyzed from the chest down he came to this nursing home 3 years ago with 22 bed sores and skin tares, within months they became less and few. We live in Douglassville so it’s hard to get down there as often as we should or even want to but the staff communicates with us extremely well. I’m thankful to God that he was placed here in this facility we haven’t had this kinda care since his accident. Thanks to everyone here that…

Similar situation like the last review 😡😕occurred to my child's father in the year '2004 where he was unfortunately in a severe accident and was placed there due to no health insurance!! Gun violence unfortunately as well, my commutes were almost 3 hours and I would drive every other weekend !! And he was very uncared-for! WHEN it has to do with the smell of his gown, his nails, his mouth, his teeth would have this slimy nasty film and I understand that he COULDN'T have water. BECAUSE he was on a breathing machine and had a trach placed in his esophagus!!! If you're in the medical field…

If you're in the medical field which ever location, practice, specialty there should be PATIENT CARE first and foremost!!!!! Frustrated to the point That I made several complaints , concerns and nobody would listen as in the WRIGHTSVILLE MANOR nursing home. The forth week of him being mistreated and not taking care , we got a call that he had passed away. But their explanation was that he passed away because he pulled his trach tube out. HE was not on the breathing machine anymore so that was just there due to control of infection because if taken out, could cause for bacterial to enter!!!! Logically doesn't make any sense , heartbroken!! I would never never never recommend this nursing home "That they call themselves a caring and loving facility" !!!! TO become the next victims!!! I WOULDN'T even give this facility that they call Wrightsville Manor Nursing Home a STAR Thanks for taking the time to read this, if you've read all of it! This is what you call a medical negligence!! 😢😢

I urge everyone not to leave your loved ones in the care of this horrible place. My brother was there for 3 weeks before he passed away. He was only 28 years old. He has many medical issues. He was a type 1 diabetic. He was always in and out of the hospital so he decided he wanted to go somewhere and get it under control. The night he passed away he went into diabetic coma and when the so called nurses realized what was going on it was too late. My brother was supposed to be watched 24/7. They knew how server his case was. I went to visit him the 1st week he was there and was there for about 2 hours. Not a single nurse came into his room. Not only that but i had to ask a patient where his room was. When my mom went to visit it was the same thing. Now we have been trying to get his medical records and they have been nothing but giving me the run around. Something fishy is going on with this place. I CANNOT warn you enough. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!
