My mom lived there 3 months. They gave her another residents meds which made her have to be rushed to the hospital. They lied about what occured and tried to downplay the severity. Good

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother was at this facility for one month and that’s all we could take. Food is terrible yes she lost weight. What finally broke the straw was they allowed her to run out of her heart medication and did not contact her emergency contacts. When she told us she wasn’t getting her medicine we took her from the facility. By that time it was very apparent that she was going into heart failure. We are very upset and dissatisfied with her care and hope that the other patients are not going thru this.

My mother was in here, and was complaining of swelling in her leg. The staff would not allow her to see a doctor and told my father she was making it up. Hospital records show she has a fracture in her tibia that caused a blood clot, in addition to a sprain in her wrist. They're saying she does it herself, as she's trying to move her wheelchair from being half paralyzed from a stroke. She said someone pulled her wheelchair so hard she fell out of it. Regardless of how it happened, she should never have been in a place for it to happen. Their refusal to get her medical attention is criminal. Do not send your relatives here.

I actually lived in this facilitate for about 6months it was dreadful the women, [name removed] that operated the facilities was very mean and hateful she was a bully. I seen stuff happen out there to people that was horriblel treating people un kindly who couldn't take care of them self.in my opinion the staff was very lazy and not educated properly on how to take care of people and show love. sometimes I cried for other people because they were older and some of the sweetest older people you could meet paid there debts to society and treated like number2 ad to get away tho I would went crazy if you send your love one make sure you visit them often and please please believed what they say regardless of how crazysure it might sound its true and the staff will make up lies about them to make you believe that they are actin innototapporpiate. the one good thing I can say is that the lunch was excellent the breakfast was basically not edible. these are my opinion and experience. but I drop the ball there are many times that I should called the state and reported them but did not. we were told that they had activities but werenone

New here but they are attentive to my needs.

this place looks great but really a prison to there patients the management stinks
