Choosing memory care for my mom was one of the biggest and most emotional decisions I’ve had to make. After being involved in her day-to-day care, I wanted to make sure that wherever she went, she would be treated with dignity, patience, kindness, and love. Westhill Memory Care has given me that reassurance. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made my mom feel welcomed. Seeing the effort they put into welcoming her into her new community meant more to me than they probably realize. Her apartment feels like her own space, while she still has the care, activities, interaction, and support she needs. As a daughter, there is nothing more important than knowing your parent is somewhere safe and surrounded by people who genuinely care. This transition has allowed me to step back from being my mom’s full-time caregiver and simply enjoy being her daughter again. I’m truly grateful to everyone at Westhill who has helped make this transition easier for both my mom and our family. Knowing she is being cared for gives me a sense of peace that is priceless. I would absolutely recommend Westhill Memory Care to another family navigating this difficult decision.
Thank you Rebecca for going above and beyond in assisting us with my Dad's move-in to his new home. I cannot say enough for how welcoming you and your staff have been. It is such a blessing and peace of mind to know that my Dad is in such good hands.
We have been working with Rebecca to get my father into Westhill for some time. We found the property to be above par and the services offered to be ideal for Dad's needs. Dad's move was complicated by a hospital stay prior to him moving in and Rebecca was very responsive and eager to offer assistance. Dad's in now and he seems to be acclimating nicely. Time will tell. To this point though, I cannot stress how approachable, flexible, responsive and helpful Rebecca and the staff were in making this happen. Thank you all.

I just want to share how wonderful Janice Jones is! She works so well with the residents—always showing kindness, patience, and genuine care. On top of that, she supports her staff in such a positive and encouraging way. Anyone would be lucky to have her on their team!
I have been at Westhill Macon as the acting DORS for a month now. The residents are nice and polite always smiling. The staff at Westhill are caring and willing to learn in order to take care of the residents to the best of their abilities. Janice Jones who has stepped up into the roll of care coordinator goes above and beyond for the residents, staff and building great relationships with the families and community partners. The building is beautiful and well maintained.
Rebecca was amazing! She was a breath of fresh air! Down to earth but professional and so patient while deciding these huge life decisions! If this is the par of staff no one needs to look further! She eased our hearts and she answered any and everything we asked without hesitation! The place was breathtaking but Rebecca made it sparkle for sure!
Ms. Desiree is every helpful. The building is clean inside. It smells very very great. The look is awesome. Staff is wonderful!!
