3.3 · 28 reviewsToday was move in day for me. Nicole was very sweet,respectful and very knowledgeable about her property. I know I've stressed her out during the application process but she was a champ and always had a positive attitude. Would definitely recommend.
Me and my wife met the property manager Nicole at the family and children service a week ago in gray ga. She was leaving flyers for her senior property, she was very polite, kind and a great listener. She took the time to explain all the qualifications and even had applications on hand. We will be applying very soon. Thank you again Nicole
I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Nicole. She is very sweet and Compassionate. I didn't make enough to stay on the property, but she made sure she gave me a number to get more information about other properties that I can afford. And I think her so much for that they have the best manager ever. Thank you again Nicole for being understanding and willing to help me out.

Water Tower has a great manager (Nicole) and maintenence man (Darrell). Nicole is easy to talk to if you have any issues. Work order requests are handled in a reasonable time. The apartments are nice. (Will post a picture of mine). Our community is small and quiet. Ingles,Walgreens,Dairy Queen,Wendy's, Waffle House, and in the spring a new Aldi just to name a few are right around the corner from Water Park. Come check us out.
I was in the process of transitioning my father from a nursing facility when I heard about Water Park Tower Senior Community. When arrived on the property, I was greeted with a warm smile from Ms. Nicole. She patiently guided through the application process. Her level of patience was top tier. The property was clean, the units updated with modern features and handicapped accessibility were all positives for us.The level of professionalism from the property management and maintenance has been stellar. I would personally recommend The Water Tower Park Senior community to anyone seeking modern, affordable and comfortable senior living.
The new manager Nicole is amazing
So far there is never anyone in the office.
We have had many problems here at Water Tower! Things are looking good for us now with the new Regional Manager Miss Minnie, and Our new Maintenance Man! Mini is awesome. She’s taken care of many problems. We have at more than anybody has since I’ve lived here for 10 years. Our maintenance man is awesome. Also, he knows what he’s doing!
