I’m in disbelief of how the patients AND the nursing assistants are getting treated. I went to visit a friend a couple days ago and from what I heard some of these nurses should not be working in the medical field! One of them is named Ruby and apparently she has been working for the nursing home for years and I’m shocked that they have someone like her taking “care” of the patients and still working when she’s had several complaints made to her. Kelly the D.O.N , should also be fired from her position. She should not have such power and think it’s ok to treat the CNAs however she wants, when…

She should not have such power and think it’s ok to treat the CNAs however she wants, when they do most of the work for the patients. This is just outrageous and unacceptable to have these type of people around these patients and staff. Everyone should be treated with respect and dignity but because they think they are higher than the CNAs they think they can treat them like trash. Ruby should not be a nurse in the first place, it is not for her and she should have never been a nurse in the first place. Someone like that does not represent what a nurse actually is. Do not bring your loved ones to this facility especially when they have such evil people still working here. Complaints are made and nothing ever gets done about it. And to KELLY, treat your staff with respect and kindness ESPECIALLY when I’m sure you expect to be treated the same simply because you’re the DON. I don’t care if you’re the DON, Owner, whatever, you disrespect anyone, then you don’t deserve any respect at all. PERIOD.

They need more staff but ,the staff they have really care about the patients.

Nursing Homes are not the best place to have a family member be in however the staff at Union County NH were so patient and friendly. Helped me through the whole process.

Staff to patient ratio is the worst I’ve ever seen. Neglected my grandfather with Parkinson’s/dementia to the point where he constantly used the restroom on himself since it would take staff a MINIMUM of a half an hour to get back to him and failed to make sure he didn’t reinjure his hip. He was supposed to be there for a couple weeks to complete physical therapy after his hip replacement surgery and they allowed three separate incidents in which he fell down. The third time resulting in him refracturing his hip and having to go back into surgery on his LAST day there. If you care about your loved ones you’ll let them stay anywhere but here.

The place right now has an outbreak, everyone is sick and not one mask being used. I went Christmas day to visit my mother, she was sick along with everyone else and not 1 face mask. I will not go again without wearing one.

Dont put your family member here. They will not accommodate there residents nor there staff. Some of the nurses are nice. There night kitchen staff are nicer than most. This nursing home has gone down hill. They also don't pay there staff right. And they cut there hours for no reason

Don't put your parent here.

This is a first class nursing home! Caring staff right down to the housekeeping and kitchen staff. My family and I were very impressed with the care our loved one received. Thank you so much!
