The place was really warm, and the apartments were roomy. The information that they gave was very thorough. No matter how small the question, all the information was given, and it was done in a very professional manner. That makes a difference in an apartment. I saw a two-bedroom, the kitchens were roomy with a lot of space, as was the living room. They had a gym, a little workout area, a pool table area, and a community…

I visited The Retreat at Madison Place. It was a very warm community, and it was well-kept. They had two security offices and a little outside community garden. I like that. The place was really warm, and the apartments were roomy. The information that they gave was very thorough. No matter how small the question, all the information was given, and it was done in a very professional manner. That makes a difference in an apartment. I saw a two-bedroom, the kitchens were roomy with a lot of space, as was the living room. They had a gym, a little workout area, a pool table area, and a community area. They also have a laundromat if you don't have a washer and dryer inside.
Hi, my 1yr anniversary living here was [date removed]. I love living here. The management team in the office do their best to make sure problems are taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance men are also doing a great job.
We toured the Apartment. we like the property. Our income was a little over, but they are going to see if they could work with us at market rate.. At the present no 2 bedroom available. very nice. the staff was friendly

I've lived there 4 years.. Yes there were issues when I first move there.. The New mgt. team has tried too change & make this place a much better place too live.. I would recommend from a new point of view... In house security, great team work... Quite living... Pet friendly.. I'm Happy ??
Beautiful clean property. Lively atmosphere when you walk in the leasing office. My Father lives here, and the staff does a wellness check on him, if they haven't seen or heard from him. This is a great place for my Father to live. Thumbs Up;)
Hi. We just moved to The Retreat, and we love our new place. My husband and I have experienced nothing but Friendliness from The Assistant Manager ([Removed]) She even checks in on us from time to time, and she doesn't have to because this is not an (Assisted) living community. This is an Active adult community, and we love it
The staff at this community are friendly and my friend likes them. She cooks her own food. They offer daily activities and they keep the community clean. The grounds are nice and you need a code to enter into the building. I do not think they answer the phones the way they should.
I would not let my Rat live there . The office people needs to be fired. The manager needs to be let go ASAP. She does not know how to treat Seniors that lives there. She tell lies and is very hateful. If you are thinking about moving there please keep looking. Somebody needs to call Senior Services on that Manager........
