Everyone was helpful and nice on our tour but Brittany’s calm demeanor, professionalism, compassion, helpful nature and show of respect for new potential residents is unsurpassed. Truly, I can’t say enough. The way she spoke, the questions she asked, her body language, it all moved in symphony to create a very meaningful and respectful environment. Brittany is absolutely amazing! The Piedmont has a true gem here. Everyone was helpful and nice on our tour but Brittany’s calm demeanor, professionalism, compassion, helpful nature and show of respect for new potential residents is unsurpassed. Truly, I can’t say enough. The way she spoke, the questions she asked, her body language, it all moved in symphony to create a very meaningful and respectful environment. She looked the potential resident in the eye and talked to them, not me, the friend. I’d like to say everyone at every facility does that but sadly, they don’t. She made the potential resident feel like they were special, unique, independent, respected, and Valued. We are coming back next week to take another look!
We had a fun afternoon at the Piedmont at Buckhead’s Peachtree Fest. There were multiple delicious ways to enjoy peaches with friendly staff and residents. We sat at a small table with two empty seats but managed to meet over a half dozen fun and interesting residents. The apartment we saw was thoughtfully designed and brightened by large windows which is just what we are looking for.
Ms.Cynthia, the hairstylist at Piedmont, is truly one of a kind! Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, but she genuinely cares about every resident she serves. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone, even when poor communication or scheduling issues are out of her control. Her professionalism, patience, and dedication never go unnoticed. She’s an exceptional businesswoman who treats everyone with kindness and respect, and she’s always willing to do her best to make things work. On top of that, she creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere—she truly lights up the entire building with her positive spirit. And of course, her work speaks for itself—she does amazing hair every single time! I can’t recommend Ms. Cynthia enough. She’s a blessing to the residents at Piedmont and anyone who has the opportunity to sit in her chair.

Thank you so much to John Michael for showing my parents apartments last week. The building is beautiful and so were the units we saw. We also had a nice meal in the dining room and the service was very good. Will circle back when the time is right.

Excellent agent. Facility has almost all we could ask for. Very clean and large staff who are pleasant and appear to be available all the time. Facility is well maintained . Apartments we saw would meet our needs. New appliances, new flooring and fully painted before occupancy.Weekly activities seem much to choose from.
