4.2 · 41 reviewsIn the three weeks we have been here we have found the staff to be efficient and caring. The food was questionable at first but has been improving the last week.
While touring different assisted living facilities in the South for a family member, I was very impressed by how organized, professional, and friendly the entire staff was at the Orchard. The buildings are clean and I love that everyone has their own living space. All the residents seem very happy and well taken care of.
When walking through the Orchard, I felt a sense of home and peace from the staff and residents. 10/10 recommend this place if you or a loved one is in need of assisted living, or just a nice place to retire.

I toured every assisted living facility in South Georgia before choosing The Orchard for my father, and it stood out immediately. It has, by far, the best feel. These are truly beautiful homes—not apartments or hospital-like buildings, but real homes. Outside my dad’s window are miniature horses, along with a koi pond, a stocked fishing pond, a greenhouse, and an exercise area. The environment is peaceful and thoughtfully designed. Most importantly, the staff has always been kind, attentive, and accommodating to my father. I genuinely couldn’t imagine a better place for him to be at this stage of his life.
This place is NOT what it appears to be. They will sugar talk you l, and make you feel great about the care they provide, but it won’t last. Do not put your loved one under their care.
The Orchard has been my home for the last couple of years. I have been very pleased with the help of the staff from aiding in personal needs to cleaning my room. The food is top notch and we have great activities! I'd recommend to anyone!

The entire care team is wonderful to Dad, the staff has helped with the transition and now has assisted with bringing in outside resources for HOSPICE! These folks are well organized and great communicators to our entire family!
