The Landing of Bogart

The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. If anything like a fall happens, they call immediately and let you know. They're great at keeping you informed of how your family member is doing and if anything is out of the ordinary. The facility always smelled extremely strong of Lysol, so strong that I came out smelling of it and with a horrible headache after just a 30 minute visit. That was the only major negative in my opinion, but some people might like that because I guess it means they disinfect often. I wish they would use nontoxic cleaning products though

My father had a stroke recently, and the transition from independent living to assisted living has been very difficult for him. The staff at The Landing has been very supportive to both my father and my family in this difficult time. While a few concerns have arisen during his stay, the staff at The Landing have addressed them in a timely and professional manner and I have been very satisfied with their response. While assisted living is not ideal, The Landing has been a supportive community for my dad and I'm happy to have found it.

We are thankful for the supportive community at The Landing of Bogart. The staff is caring and attentive and helpful to our mom and dad every day. They bring their compassion to their positions as care team members. My siblings and I are actively involved in our parents' care. We chose the LoB carefully and intentionally. We have much peace and confidence knowing that Mom and Dad are in a safe and loving community while we are not with them. All aging individuals want to be "home." The Landing of Bogart gives the tender loving care we all know to be "home." It is a blessing for our family.
