I cannot speak highly enough of The Haven at Lake Oconee. From the moment we toured, we knew it was the perfect place for our loved one. Sapphire, the Executive Director, is exceptional she is not only professional but also genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to ensure both residents and families feel supported. My grandfather has been living here, and I can't emphasize enough how impressed I am with the compassionate and caring atmosphere that has been fostered since the transition. It truly warms my heart to see how attentive and understanding the staff is toward all residents, especially my grandfather. Knowing he is in such good hands makes all the difference, and I genuinely wouldn’t want him to live anywhere else. Thank you for creating such a supportive environment for our loved ones.
I took my grandparents here and the environment was so welcoming. The ED Sapphire made the experience a 10 out of 10 for not just my grandparents but myself as well! Highly recommend!
We placed our father here and everyone were so caring, friendly. The folks that live here enjoy it here too. My father has passed away now but I would repeat this decision.
