Need to be closed down ASAP It’s super gross inside of the building the roaches inside my mother room was horrible they never tried to clean up my mother will sit in her urinal for hoursss it’s so much I could put in here I will go on and on but state will be there soon if you have family there I will you the best if not PLEASE DO NOT GO YOU WILL REGRET IT
Horrible place CNAs do not care about residents. Hallways smells like pee CNAs Put 3 diapers on one resident can’t forget roaches are in the building
I am a current resident here and my stay has been outstanding. Canisha Robinson has been an excellent social worker. Samia, Stormy, Cici, and Veronica have been exceptional RN’s. All the CNA’s know their job and do it well. I would definitely recommend this place for rehabilitation or long term stay. Great job to the whole staff here.

We arrived during a management and staff change at this location. They have done an amazing job taking care of my loved one. They have gone above and beyond to meet our needs and concerns. I am truly blessed for the staff that I am in communication with daily and for the way they are turning things around.
My family member is currently in this facility the building is under soft but evident construction (doesn’t affect the guest) Ana Kaye assisted us andshe was very helpful the staff over all seemed nice was smooth the attractiveness of the building can be better but I won’t grade based on that as they are actively constructing
What kind of facility is this place? They don't even have a plunger in any bathroom there, and if the maintenance man locks his closet then the nurses should have a key to get in there for a plunger! I had to bring a plunger up there to visit my sister should she go to the bathroom to the bathroom
Placed mom here for rehab. I was uncomfortable with the condition of the facility, but over the past few weeks - big changes! Skilled workers have descended on this facility, repairing and painting walls, new lights, new ceiling panels, polished floors…big time face lift! The staff? Awesome people! Responsive, polite, caring…staff gets 10 stars. A special thanks to Canisha Robinson, the Social Services Director…a little dynamo that stayed in constant communication with me, always making sure I had the latest info on mom. Many thanks to you Canisha; I am truly grateful.
