The Canopy at Azalea Grove Assisted Living has great events, good food, and you can really tell the employees care about the residents. Everyone is friendly and works hard to make the residents feel comfortable, happy, and included. It's a welcoming place with a positive atmosphere, and it's a great place to put your loved one if you're looking for quality care and compassionate staff.
Our family will always be grateful for the exceptional care my mom Loretta received during the almost three years she lived at the Canopy. From the day we moved mom in, the staff welcomed her with kindness, compassion, and genuine warmth, making her feel comfortable and valued. It was clear that the Canopy caregivers truly cared about my mom and all of the residents, treating them with dignity, respect, and patience every day. Knowing that my mom was surrounded by people who looked after her well-being gave our family tremendous peace of mind. What stood out most was the love and attention…

It was clear that the Canopy caregivers truly cared about my mom and all of the residents, treating them with dignity, respect, and patience every day. Knowing that my mom was surrounded by people who looked after her well-being gave our family tremendous peace of mind. What stood out most was the love and attention the staff showed consistently throughout her time there. They took the time to get to know her personally, celebrate her good days, and support her through more challenging times. The team went above and beyond to create a positive, caring environment where residents felt like family. Their dedication, professionalism, and heartfelt compassion made a meaningful difference in my mom's life, and we could not have asked for a better place for her to call home. I highly recommend the Canopy to any family looking for a safe, supportive, and loving community for their loved ones. We are so grateful. The Reilly Family
The Canopy at Azalea Grove is awesome! My mom has been there for over a year and I can tell you firsthand how wonderful the staff has been through this experience. They are always willing to help out and truly care about the residents. The nursing staff is so helpful and always a phone call away if I need them. Marcia, the activities director, is incredible. She plans a morning activity as well as afternoon activities. She is constantly bringing in entertainment from around the community. I would recommend The Canopy to anyone looking for a beautiful and loving environment for your loved one.
Heather and the staff at The Canopy are very professional, polite, caring, and quick to respond to any need had. Love working with them and they come highly recommended!
I recently had the opportunity to visit this assisted living community, and overall I was very impressed with the environment and staff. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made residents feel comfortable and at home. The staff members were friendly, patient, and attentive to the needs of the residents. It was clear that they genuinely care about the people living there. They took the time to answer questions and made sure residents were engaged in daily activities. The community offers a variety of programs and social activities, which is great for keeping residents active and connected. The dining area was pleasant, and the meals appeared nutritious and well-prepared. One thing that stood out the most was how respectful and kind the staff were when interacting with residents. It created a warm and supportive environment.
Clean & neat environment, friendly staff, and good communication. Residents seem well cared for and the place feels safe and organized. I feel a special appreciation is needed for the ongoing events and activities put on for the residents and their loved ones. I would highly recommend this facility.
I don't even know where to begin about how wonderful The Canopy is, especially the staff! My father entered the facility in November of 2024 and he was not always the nicest or easiest person to help. However, the ladies always treated him with kindness and genuine care and I am forever grateful for it. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones! I would like to sincerely thank Heather(facility director), Kaneshae, Hope, James, Tiffany and all the others for the wonderful way that you cared for and loved my father in his last days. Forever in your debt, may The Lord continue to bless you all!
The Canopy is a wonderful place to call home! It is attractive, modern, spacious and clean. The greatest asset lies in the residents who live here and the associates who work here. Ms Heather (Executive Director) and Ms Kaneshae (Director of Health and Wellness) oversee the facility and ensure excellence in service and resident wellbeing. The associates are competent, professional and caring. Marcia provides awesome activities, entertainment and off campus road trips for dining, discovery, shopping and fun. You are warmly greeted upon entering the Canopy by Ms Penny(Administrative Assistant). My brother has been a resident here for approximately three years and he told me that the staff are good to him. I live out of town and this is reassuring and comforting to me. The meals are excellent and plentiful and served in a fine dining atmosphere. There is so much more that I could say about the Canopy! Come and see for yourself.
