The Arbor at BridgeMill

We are very happy with the Arbor at Bridge Mill. My parents have been there for about years total, first in IL and now in AL. Marcia is such a delight to see at the front desk on the AL side as well as Cynthia. These ladies always greet you with a smile and make all of us feel welcomed. They are shining Stars!!! The staff and med techs are a delight as well. Always checking in on my parents making sure they have everything they need and assist them with whatever is needed. Its a great team for sure. Keep up the great work everyone and please know its so much appreciated by all of the families that have loved ones living at the Arbor at Bridge Mill.

This was such a great space to reserve for my friend’s baby shower! Barbara quickly responded to my email and texts when inquiring about booking the right space for our event. She even went as far as following up hours after our event to make sure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated this and will recommend this place for anyone who may need a space for a future event(s)!

We toured The Arbor at Bridgemill with Barbara last weekend for my mother-in-law, and we absolutely loved it! It was a five-star experience—truly a beautiful property where every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the all-inclusive pricing to the engaging and fun activities offered to residents. It’s abundantly clear that The Arbor is in a class of its own, especially compared to other communities we toured. While it ended up being a bit outside of our price range and we’re moving in a different direction, we are incredibly grateful for our experience—especially with Barbara. Her attention to detail, genuine kindness, and willingness to guide families through this process are truly remarkable!!

My aunt lives at the Arbor and often speaks of a Jayden, and it’s always with so much appreciation. She constantly mentions how hardworking and efficient Jayden is, handling everything with such ease and professionalism. No matter how busy things get, Jayden always seems to stay on top of everything and makes sure the residents are well taken care of. What really stands out is that Jayden does it all with a smile. My aunt says that positive attitude makes such a difference in her day and creates a warm, welcoming environment. It’s clear that Jayden genuinely cares about the people there, and that kind of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s comforting to know someone like Jayden is part of her care.

My husband and I are very impressed with your community! Rebecca Merriman did an excellent job of showing us around, answering all of our questions, and made us feel welcomed. This community is definitely on our list for our next move.
