4.5 · 200 reviewsI'm an 81-year-old male who has been at Terra Bella River Place for approximately 8 months. The facility is very well maintained and has 3 or 4 organized activities most days. I considered 3 other places and found Terra Bella to be the best overall value.
My father lived here for almost 3 years and grew to love it. The location was convenient, the facility was clean and any maintenance issues were resolved immediately. He made wonderful friends and enjoyed a great quality of life until his recent passing after a brief illness. We are very grateful.
I came to this Terrabella Senior Living today with just some general questions.While there the young lady at the desk AJ(Angelia)was very polite, answer my question also she offer me a tour of 1 of the open units,I was impressed. Thanks AJ you were great.

Visited this property today to inquire about the facility and met with Mrs. Angelia, who was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable of my list of questions. Would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.
The staff is friendly, a great retirement place for Mom or Dad to live every thing is convenient.
Food options are sub par from other facilities. The other night the options were chicken salad sandwich, corn dog or salad. Management has a lot to be desired! Was there 4 months and going to a much better place for just a little more money.
Life is very different here. This is a semi independent living facility in that over 60% of the residents need assistance and use mobility devices. However, the environment is warm, welcoming and supportive. I love my apartment and the staff in general are very helpful. I have concerns about the food., A lot of pork is served and I can’t eat pork. A lot of the entrees are fried and not enough vegetables are offered. On the plus side, the chef is VERY accommodating and seeks to meet dietary concerns. There is a monthly Chef’s meeting with the residents and she elicits feedback and comments. She has introduced several baked entrees at my request and they are delicious. I like the fact that the waitstaff know each resident and what they usually like. I have not been very involved in the activities yet, but there is a good balance of various types of things to do. The grounds are beautiful and well tended with walking paths and sitting areas. I am hopeful that I will be happy here.
