There are a few of the residents there who will reject you either because of your political affiliation, which I tried with great effort not to discuss at all but they insisted, or for any other reason they can think of. I didn't get along with some of staff while living there but after a while there was turn over and things got better. There are a few of the residents there who will reject you either because of your political affiliation, which I tried with great effort not to discuss at all but they insisted, or for any other reason they can think of. But then they forget that they hate you, become friends, but soon find yet another bias against you. I stayed away from their building. The Independent living building where I actually lived was much much better. I had tried going to their building because that's where the senior activities are held. I did without the activities and stayed with my fellow independent residents.
I had donuts delivered to a friend. We could hear the staff except them and repeat my friend‘s name. He never got the donuts. I have been trying to call the office regarding this issue since Monday. It is now Thursday morning, and I still have not gotten through. And I’m another note the food there is terrible.
I called their front desk because my dad wasn’t answering his cell phone, they told me to call back in 15 minutes and that they were going to check on him. I called the front desk at least 5 times later that day only to receive a call from the police the next day that my dad had passed..

This is a very beautiful place but they need to hire new staff. Temaka lemon is very rude. does not know how to talk to staff or family.
I'll be honest, I'm not impressed. I don't think it's a good place. There are new staff every three weeks it seems. Right when my mom gets to know a staff that is helpful, they tend to leave or get fired. The person that originally showed us around got demoted and then left or not fired. There are no activities, from what I understand the staff that makes the food are rude. The staff I met over a year ago were great, but none of them are there anymore.
this is what my aunt was served the other night, unfortunately this is a regular thing for dinner apparently is NEVER GOOD!! wish i could give zero stars
My father in law has been here for over a year. The staff care greatly for the residents! The facility is just the right size and always clean!
We are happy with the facility, they do a lot of activities with the residents and our loved one is safe and well take care of which makes us happy
