I was very impressed with what I saw. The staff from Deloris White (Director), and Shay, on down, was very accommodating, and everyone went out of their way, to make both my Father (who was bed ridden), and my Mother feel welcome. They truly seem to care about their patients. The best compliments came from the residents themselves. They have no complaints. Neither do I.

Summer’s Landing was a godsend to our family after my mother’s previous facility closed abruptly…causing us to find placement for her at a moment’s notice. From day one, Mrs. White, the facility director, has been kind, welcoming, and loving while always maintaining a professional demeanor. Shay, Leslie, Tammy, Chelsey, Marcus, and the rest of the staff that cared for my mother did so in the most excellent way. They truly cared for her like family and most importantly…my mother was HAPPY there. She told me on several occasions when visiting with her, that she “wanted to go back and be with her friends”. She spent her final months in a place where she was cared for, loved, and paid attention to. My family and I will NEVER be able to repay Summer’s Landing for what they did for my mother. She passed away and went Home peacefully. And I know it was only because she felt safe, and trusted those entrusted with her care. Her stay there was truly the right place, at the right time. Summer’s Landing…thank you all from the bottom of my heart for helping my mother finish her race strong.

My dad spent his last few months at this facility and for our experience I can’t be more grateful to Ms Deloris and her entire staff that helped take care of my dad. They kept him clean and dry and I never smelled anything bad when I visited. The facility was always clean and fresh. My dad has transitioned but I highly recommend this facility for your loved one. I also liked the fact that you could visit without appointments. Thank you Summers Landing for giving me and my family peace of mind knowing dad was in good hands.

Be extremely cautious about putting your loved one here. Although a few CNAs are lovely, holistically this facility is destitute and dirty. The Director clearly doesn’t allocate funds appropriately based on the condition of this facility. Broken furniture, smell of urine, and fire & carbon monoxide detectors constantly went off because the batteries weren’t changed. If the director has to rate her own business to establish it as reputable it should raise concern. Filing a complaint with the state along with pictures is my next course of action.

I was able to visit this facility multiple times with my wife and sons and as previously written due to family discrepancies we had a difficult time making contact with her grandmother and the Director involved herself in family matters. Extremely unprofessional, you can see from her responses to the reviews Once we arrived the facility itself was subpar. The CNAs weren’t welcoming, decor and furniture was outdated or broken. The fire alarms did beep multiple times. Overall I wasn’t impressed I seen animal shelters in better conditions

WHOO! ALL I CAN SAY IS WANT HE DO IT! BUT GOD! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾Me and my Husband Thank God for this Facility 🙏🏾 THEY STEPPED IN AND HELPED US TAKE CARE OF MY MOTHER IN LAW MRS.HELEN WHEN ME and My Husband By Ourselves, had to bring her down to Atlanta from New Jersey DURING THE PANDEMIC AND THE PASSING OF MY OWN MOTHER IN WHICH I DIDN'T even have a chance to greive 😢 WHEN No one else in his Family wanted any parts of taking Care of they're Mother or Grandma. MRS DELORIS, SHAY, LESLIE, TAMMY AND THE CREW Became Her Family and Always made sure she was Well taken care of. These last couple of years until she passed away. They always kept the center very nice , clean ,smelling good and decorated beautifully for each holiday every time we went to visit her 3 times a week. We Truly Appreciate them from the bottom of our Hearts because we had no other help, except for her oldest daughter that was sick and unable to take care of her but she always sent her clothes and food at least. So Keep up the good work Yall and keep Loving on Them Seniors as yall do your own family. Thanks again for all you done to help us, you ladies were a Huge Blessing to us🙌🙏🏾 I even told my kids if anything were to happen to me or my husband to send us to Summers Landing cause it's just like being home with so much love around there.❤️❤️

To add insult to injury “Throat Baby” was playing when I was visiting my Grandmother on one occasion. Filing a complaint with the state along with pictures is my next course of action. Update to the response: My grandmother was Helen Collins, she passed away in your care on Nov 13, not only are you wrong you look silly for blaming an employee.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Do not place your loved ones here. Your family member will not receive the care and attention that is needed. Its horrible and everyday I wish i hadn’t placed my loved one in this facility. The owner only cares about money. If you want your family member to live, do not place them there.
