This facility took a lot of the fear and anxiety with respect to overall operations and the level of attention given to my mother. This is known as I had my mother at another local facility. There are three queens that runs Stevens Park (Tina, Jan and Andrea). They are very professional and handled a lot of the responsibilities I could not handle on my own. They are likely to be the best in the area so you have to plan ahead as they sometimes have a waiting list. Now I know why.
My mother is currently a resident at Stevens Park. She is happy and well adjusted. This was made easy by the wonderful staff and healthcare team at Stevens Park. They treat their residences like they are members of a family. There are smiling faces up and down the halls, in the cafeteria, in the activities, and in their rooms as the staff come and go. This facility is well staffed, kind and courteous. It is clean and the residents do not seem to have any issues maneuvering around or making new friends. A very wise choice 💕
