3.4 · 11 reviewsI had the administration respond my application was not received. I sent a second application. I was told it's here and you are #36. It's been three years and I am #19. I called Miss Brown and they took me off the list . Saying they called and sent letters.
Staff was very friendly, this community is very clean. We aren't able to rate the activities as she moved in right when COVID started. The location is a little to far away from where we live.
Thai is the Best place! My mother loves it.... the people are so friendly and the Manager is so nice and caring! I recommend these cute cottages, wish I could live here!

I lived at St. joseph place for a number of years. Management is awful. The apartments are not well kept unless you're friends with the manager who allows a "tenant" to hold the master key to everyone's apartment. No manager is on campus and often not at work. Seniors have died in the apts. and manager didn't know or care because she was not at work. No plans in case of an emergency, no fire check, no inclimate weather signs put out during winter months, cold etc. These apts.needs a manager who cares about seniors and who does not allow family tenant members to live there months/ years because the manager is on the take. Upper management knows this and nothing has been done it has been reported on more than once. The manager has entered tenant's apts. without permission or work order and things have been reported missing from apartments. I STRONGLY suggest DO NOT take your family member there if you love them. St. Joseph Place is beautiful they just need a professional/ educated and caring manager.
I went to locate this place. From the outside it looks great, but it is not on a bus line. I have a car but would like something on a bus line too.
This location is not ideal for our friend due to transportation needs.
I toured St. Joseph Place, the staff was friendly and helpful in assisting my family. The property is well maintained and the rent is comfortable based on your income. The only draw back is no activities for the seniors on the property. Otherwise I give it a thumbs up
Very nice cottage. Clean,new carpet. Very nice manager! Also income based which is awesome.
