My mom just got admitted they're very attentive they're going to help her do what she needs to do to get her better they're positive they're happy go lucky type people I got no negative vibes I'd recommend them 100% to anybody I feel comfortable leaving her there I know she'll be well taken care of I feel that she'll actually improve a lot more with their help and their assistance Plus they have all these activities they can be involved in so to get her moving around more yeah I feel that this place really really is good I give it five stars
What a beautiful rehabilitation and hospital. From the time you walk in you look ,see and smell the cleanness. The employees are very friendly and polite. The rehabilitation and very professional and working to improve the patient’s health.
The entire staff was very friendly! My mom spoke very highly of all the (staff) that was serving her! She did not lack for anything she needed, even down to her toe nails being clipped 😃! Keep up the great work!

I recently visited my aunt at your facility, and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful care she is receiving. I was truly impressed by how clean and welcoming your facility is, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, kind, and compassionate. It was evident that everyone genuinely cares about the residents. What touched me the most was seeing my aunt with her hair freshly washed and beautifully fixed. She looked so happy and well cared for—honestly, she is feeling and looking the best I have seen her in quite some time. Please know how much it means to our family to see her treated with such dignity, kindness, and respect. Thank you to everyone who plays a part in making your facility such a caring place. This is a nice clean place for your loved ones. Everyone is so friendly. It's really secure, I like the sign in process. I know my uncle is very well taken care of.
This was my first visit to Southwell Rehabilitation. It is a very cheery, clean facility. The room my aunt is staying in is very spacious with a nice big window looking outside. The hallways are nice and wide and the personnel are very nice and cheerful.
