This facility is very clean. The staff that I encountered during my visits were always nice and courteous. The patients that I saw were clean and well-groomed and seemed happy. My friend has been well cared for in this facility.
Caring and compassionate staff that love their residents. Thank you for all you do!
Horrible place to send any loved one! Had too many close calls because they didn’t do there job professionally! From things missing or misplaced to NOT notifying family when it’s needed! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star horrible horrible place!
This facility / daycare they allow staff to leave without clocking out, to return with children, sitting in the dayroom, break room, and even behind the nurses station. This facility don’t held anyone accountable for their actions, this facility is ran by the employees, not professional, very ghetto, favoritism, certain one’s can do whatever and management allows this, the DON, ADON and supervisors need management training, the ADON has dementia can’t remember important vital information and very messy a snake. The residents don’t get the proper care they deserve, from CNA’s to some nurses, the nurses don’t help do nothing but give medicine, don’t even give the residents assessments, all you see them do is sitting at the desk gossiping and eating food, low pay rates no raises but increase the work load. Families that have love ones at this facility please keep a constant visitation because you will be told anything.
This Nursing home is despicable. They are severely understaffed so staff is tired and complaining all the time. People show up for work when they get ready. They have been through 2 or 3 Administrators as well as equal number of DON's. They have considerable amount of residents who should be in a secured unit, but are allowed to time around free assaulting other residents, staff as well as visitors and nothing seems to ever happen to them. Several residents have died in the last year some contributing factors being lack of training and being grossly understaffed. However they have several CNA's that call often looking for work but are denied. So they beat the regular staff into the ground. Then wonder why they complain and eventually quit. You have nurses that want get their hands dirty.
Great place to be, friendly staff, no odors, and clean.
I have toured several nursing homes in Dublin. I can honestly say that Southland Healthcare and Rehab Center was the nicest community that I toured. I found the staff pleasant and the residents all seemed very happy. I am not sure why they don't have more positive reviews. I came in over several days and continued to be very pleased with my experience. Really happy with my overall experience there.
Staff are very helpful and have great attitudes!
