4.6 · 56 reviewsI toured Savanah Court of Camilla. The room looks fine. I just think that it needs to add more new carpet. It was a good size because you have a bathroom and you have a sitting area. So the room that I saw was fine. How to get to the facility, it's like in the back. I'm not sure how a person would find it or get to it because the way I traveled, and how I found it out, it was behind the building, so it was kind of difficult to see. I guess they had more than one building and maybe the first building was probably filled. So that's probably why we went to the second building, but I just thought…

I toured Savanah Court of Camilla. The room looks fine. I just think that it needs to add more new carpet. It was a good size because you have a bathroom and you have a sitting area. So the room that I saw was fine. How to get to the facility, it's like in the back. I'm not sure how a person would find it or get to it because the way I traveled, and how I found it out, it was behind the building, so it was kind of difficult to see. I guess they had more than one building and maybe the first building was probably filled. So that's probably why we went to the second building, but I just thought that the setup and how you get to it was a little bit confusing for me. I should have paid more attention if they had people who needed wheelchair accessibility, I'm sure they had it, it's just it was behind the building. There might have been for security reasons maybe and for some people that might be a good thing for them. The staff was very helpful and very professional. She followed through. She provided other resources for me and was easy to talk to and easy to get a hold of.
Management really helps me to adjust here after leaving another community. They have helped me make sure I go to doctor appointments and they listen to my concerns.
My dad is currently there and we feel like he is with family. We are never worried that he is not being taken care of.

Savannah Court of Camilla is awesome. My Daddy loves it there. The workers there are very compassionate and love the residents. There are community events as well as monthly family nights. We've come to love all Daddy's neighbors and consider the Savannah Court residents and workers our family.

Mom got down to Savannah Court of Camilla on Saturday. She likes her room. It is a nice place. The residents are all nice. They made her feel welcomed. From what I've seen, the three meals a day look good to me. The price is not that bad. It is a little cheaper compared to some that I've seen, but overall, I think she's enjoying it. When you first go into her room, it's got a little sitting area in there with two chairs and a lamp. Then you go into the main part where she has her hospital bed and there's a bathroom to one side where she can get her wheelchair in. It's got a shower and if she needs assistance, there's a cord in there to pull. I carried her TV in there and she's got a cell phone. I carried a chest of drawers and they had a spacious closet. The rooms have their own thermostat for heat and cooling. So, it's just a nice room all around. They've got a place to get your hair fixed, a pool, and a few extra dining rooms where they have a family night once a month. They have courtyards where residents can come in or the family can come in and they have a little meal. Last night, they had one with a theme from the fifties, sixties, and seventies. They had hamburgers and hot dogs. What I've seen and what I've eaten were good. They've got bingo and a living room area where they come to watch TV and talk and whatever. It's kept up well, but it's just an older facility.
Savannah Court is a very nice place to bring your loved one, we have very great staff that are looking forward to take nothing but the best care of your loved one.Savannah court also has excellent food and many many great activities for you to do, Savannah Court also has a day program that is free of charge where u can drop your loved one off for the day and they get two meals and we have plenty fun activities for them to do
