3.6 · 114 reviewsThe smell is always horrible. It's usually hot, stuffy and smelly. There's bugs and stains everywhere... they do little repairs here and there occasionally, but honestly this place needs to be demolished and start over from scratch. This place has been like this for years.
This place has been nothing but wonderful for my mother. She has improved so much, it's amazing. The staff is wonderful, caring, and engaging. I would highly recommend, and trust me, I'm picky,
smells like straight pee. They're just here to collect a pay check and count down the minutes and seconds of when its time for them to clock out.

Non-responsive to patient/residence concerns.
I wanted to say that I enjoy every employee doctors nurses CNA at the facility that my mom goes to they take really care of all of their patients treat them with care .And when I see my mom, she always looks happy and good and she definitely eats lol . I have nothing bad to say, but I hope they continue doing a great job with their patients.They always make you feel wanted when you visit and keep you update on your mom or father if anything happens .🙏
NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE BUSINESS OFF,
Staff is kind and courteous. But the telephones are terrible. It's very difficult to get through to the facility. Nurses and some staff return calls. Administrative staff, do not return calls. The building is clean but it is old and dated. Some of my loved ones personal items have disappeared . Some were found, other items have not been found or replaced.
Don't put your relatives in there they don't care about them and don't work there
