If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. A close family member has experienced extremely concerning and unacceptable treatment at this facility. These issues have occurred on multiple occasions and have been witnessed firsthand by several family members. Staff reportedly used bathroom sink water to refill equipment for a tracheostomy, which presents a serious health and safety risk. She was also left in a soiled and ruptured brief for extended periods of time, and has developed sores, indicating a lack of proper hygiene care, monitoring, and basic patient dignity. In addition to the quality of care, the behavior of the nurses and CNAs was highly unprofessional. During our visits, staff were rude, dismissive, and visibly unprofessional in their interactions with our family, which made an already distressing situation even more concerning. Our family left feeling disturbed and deeply concerned for her safety, well-being, and overall quality of care. This is not a minor issue—this reflects a serious breakdown in basic standards of care and professionalism. Families trust facilities like this to provide safe, respectful, and compassionate care, and that trust has not been upheld. We strongly urge leadership to take immediate and meaningful corrective action to ensure that all residents are treated with the dignity, safety, and care they deserve.

What i noticed right away was that staff and nurses and techs and everyone really enjoy working here. I hear people humming and smiles abound. Everyone is friendly from Jennifer at the desk to everyone else!! My husband thought the food delicious and since I tasted things I agree! The chef here is very good. And the skill level of everyone is top notch. I don’t have any complaints. My husband never lacked for help. I highly recommend Pruitt on briarcliff rd!

Staff seems very devoted and engaged with the patients in their care. The facility is kept very clean and well maintained.

My loved one spent the last three years of his life at Pruitt Virginia-Park. I am grateful for the safe, comfortable home provided for him. He really looked forward each day to the good meals. Everyone from the front desk, the business office, the dining room, and the nurses’ station were kind and helpful. He was briefly under Pruitt’s hospice care at the end of his life and the hospice workers were exceptionally kind and caring. I am thankful for all that was done for him.

The young lady we spoke with made us feel very sure that this facility would be a great place for our grandmother. She was very professional and caring when we spoke about my grandmother. She made sure that my mother and I understood the policy of the facility as well as made us feel comfortable with choosing PruittHealth.
