PruittHealth - Seaside

The Pruitt Seaside facility and staff are world class. On several occassions over the last few years, I had several pleasant experiences visiting congregation members whom were both short and long term care patients at Pruitt Seaside. I was always impressed with the consistent cleanliness of the facility, and the warm, helpful friendly personalities of "every staff member" encountered. Also the care recipients whom i visited, had nothing but praise for the wonderful care they received. So, I said to myself often while visiting; if Mom ever moved back to the area, i would feel very comfortable with her being here at Pruitt. That musing came true last week, and I needed to facilitate my 93 year old Mother's relocation back to the Savannah area within days! I made contact with Pruitt Seaside staff, they put me in contact with Teia, whom shared insights, knowlege and help that I really needed and did not have, she empowered me to relocate my Mother from California to Pruitt in Port Wentworth in 6 days. One hour ago my mother settled into a beautiful clean room and a warm friendly environment at Pruitt Seaside, where I'm confident she will receive superb care. Pruitt Health is an outstanding establishment. Outstanding customer service in providing excellent support for our senior citizen’s long-term care at this site. All Staff members were very professional and supportive during each visit. Thanks for the genuine support in providing a great experience. Overall, very satisfied with the services. Special shout out to Teia Acker for great professionalism in all aspects of long-term care for our senior citizens that has sacrificed their lives for the next generation. From the moment you walk in, the facility feels clean, organized, and welcoming. The nursing team communicates clearly and makes sure every concern is addressed promptly, and the therapy department is outstanding—knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly committed to helping patients recover and regain strength. The administrative staff is helpful and professional, making the admission and paperwork process smooth and stress-free.
