3.2 · 126 reviewsI highly recommend this skilled nursing facility! From the nursing staff to therapy and administration, everyone was professional, caring, and responsive. The staff truly goes above and beyond for their residents and families. It is comforting to know there are people who genuinely care about providing quality care and helping residents reach their goals. Thank you for everything you do!
This is a poorly ran facility. My aunt and her roommate sat in their wet beds for HOURS! My aunts roommate was only suppose to be in her wheel chair for therapy for 4 hours/ they left her in her wheelchair for 9 hours. They did this for several days- she developed sores bc of this. Therapy is a JOKE at this place. It took them over a week to bath my aunt and her roommate it was over two weeks. They have no hot water on their hall and that’s been for over 2 weeks that they have said that. They are understaffed and most of the people that work there are so rude. The food is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I was very recently in this facility. The reason it was chosen is because it was close to my home upon my discharge. It is apparently under new management. I will say that management was great except for the DON, Lpn Kendra and few other nursing staff. The food is awful and dietary act like they can't read or just didnt care about your choice of what you wanted to eat.Over all I would not recommend this facility to anyone, but will give some grace because they are under new management and have alot of cleaning up to do. I hope things change for the better moving foward.

Nice place for your love ones. I sat with a patient there they were attentive to him and was concerned for his needs.
It's sad to say this facility doesn't deserve a star. And only reason I provided 1 star is because I had to post this comment . The experience a family member of mine was indescribable. I'm not sure if this facility is understaffed, not managed properly but I will never recommend this place to anyone. My family member experienced bed sores after 2 weeks of being there. They were there for rehab help and never received it. This place has been a nightmare for my family and I only wished someone would informed us sooner.

My experience with Pruitt Health Care has been very positive. The staff has been great in helping me with my grandmother. From the medical treatment to the business office and everything in between has been very good. The business office manager, Stacey, was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. She is a great communicator and she has a lot of respect and understanding for the patients she is working with. Thank you to the staff of Pruitt Health for all your hard work and dedication to our community..
