We’ve been trying for over a week to get financial documents sent to another facility and each time we call to get those record they come up with another lie. Don’t send your loved ones here staff is highly unprofessional and will lie to you. We’ve been trying for over a week to get financial documents sent to another facility and each time we call to get those record they come up with another lie. Lies like we talked to the other facility and they don’t have long term beds, or the intake administration is in a meeting or they will call you back in thirty minutes, or to ole to famous we done sent it over. This place is terrible will let your loved ones dehydrate, food is not meant for human consumption. Staff also very nosey. We were visiting my mother in-law and while we were there the staff was being nice kept coming in to check up on things ha, when they left out the room she didn’t hesitate to inform us that they never come in there, she said they never come in there till I had visitors. Not to mention that the facility is falling apart and half the time the air conditioning does not work. So what I’m getting is that if you care about your people do not send them to any Pruitt healthcare they are terrible.

The ONLY REASON I’m giving it a one star is bc there are a few people who were kind to my aunt. I seriously don’t know how it’s still open. I will say- I think the staff CAN’T do their job in a proficient manner due to them being so short staffed. When I say the office staff does not have it together- that is an understatement! They know how to work the system and get the funds they need. We have been trying to get my aunt out of there for a week. We had everything set for Monday/ they pushed it back until today (Wednesday)-THEY STILL DIDN’T have the paper work STARTED at the time of her…

We had everything set for Monday/ they pushed it back until today (Wednesday)-THEY STILL DIDN’T have the paper work STARTED at the time of her departure. They lied about the meds she would leave with/ they didn’t order the oxygen that was needed for her so she wasn’t able to leave. She was devastated that she had to stay another night. I seriously can’t find a good thing to say about them. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU SEND A LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

I live alone and did not have any one to help me transfer from the hospital to Pruitt health care. But director of admission went to my place of living and got my things and took my belongings to Pruitt health care.she did everything for me.thanks for your help Everything went well I don't remember her name.but I will never forget the kindness.

There's so much negativity about this place it's hard to name them all. Majority of the time the food ishorrible. I doubt that the kitchen staff would eat it. There's roaches, spiders and ants. I have submitted a mesh bag of clothes to the laundry with my name on them. I received none of my clothes back. My current CNA found my mesh bag (that contained my clothes) with nothing in it in another residence's closet. There's not enough staff to handle this amount of residents but they keep admitting residents. This leads to stressed out staffs, which leads to multiple errors. This place reeks of urine and feces. They really need to take up the carpet and remove/replace the padding underneath. By cleaning the top carpet is not going to do any good. That's the tip of the iceberg. There's some more. I will say the reason I'm giving the facility credit (2 stars), there are staff who really care for the residents and want to see us taking care of and the activities that they have. It really is my soloist. I think the "powers to be" should stop cutting off the branches of the tree and start cutting the roots of the tree. Pics: 2nd row, 2nd column were found in my cake Cup of OJ had red stains that was not clean enough

My mother has made good friends here, but I was disappointed by how staff handled a recent interaction. A staff member argued with my mother in the middle of the hallway, in front of her three-year-old granddaughter, myself, and my husband. The disagreement began because my mother asked for more ranch for her salad. Afterward, she returned to her room and found the container left on the table in the condition shown in the photo. Residents deserve to be treated with respect, and concerns should be handled professionally and privately

My daughter has received a massive bed sore and has developed osteomyelitis as a result and is currently in the hospital

The staff at Pruitt Health Macon where my nephew is cared for are excellent to my nephew and the other patients. They informed me every 3 to 4 mo of his well being and overall health.

Eloise Davis in the business and La Shawn Pryor RN has made this process and transition with my husband a smooth and effortless process. And I would recommend PruittHealth Macon for short term care.
