As soon as you walk in it REEKS OF PISS! I have been to multiple nursing homes and this one is beyond the worst one I’ve walked into. I wouldn’t even put my dog in this place. Not to mention they have 4 people to a room. Water pouring out of the janitors closet. Other residents complaining about how they haven’t ate all day and how bad the staff treats them. Plus the staff couldn’t even tell my mother how her father’s hand got…

As a healthcare professional I would never recommend this place anywhere. I just recently found out my family put my grandfather here and I am absolutely APPALLED!!!! As soon as you walk in it REEKS OF PISS! I have been to multiple nursing homes and this one is beyond the worst one I’ve walked into. I wouldn’t even put my dog in this place. Not to mention they have 4 people to a room. Water pouring out of the janitors closet. Other residents complaining about how they haven’t ate all day and how bad the staff treats them. Plus the staff couldn’t even tell my mother how her father’s hand got hurt. The nurse would not let me clean the room stating it was an hazard for us to do that, no the whole damn facility is a hazard. Every nurse, CNA, and cleaning staff kept telling us it “wasn’t their job” to do that. That is absolutely ridiculous. One of the residents sharing a room with my grandfather even old me they treated both of them horribly. Please do not send your loved ones here.
The staff have all been helpful and are cheerful. The residents are well taken care of and the facility is clean. I recommend this nursing home.
Father went here for rehab after back surgery. They gave him TWO baths in THREE weeks. He would tell them he needed to use the bathroom and they’d wait over two hours to respond. By the time they’d show up to assist, he’d have mess all over himself and in his bed. Reported this to the director of nursing because this was happening DAILY. He reassured me that they’d correct this. They never did. We had to discharge him and just bring him home. Not only that, they misplaced his clothing, license, AND insurance card. Do not send your loved one here.

It’s been a very good stay. I had no problems . It was excellent. Therapy was really good too. I would definitely recommend for anyone who parents need rehab.
They have been excellent and I would recommend it to anybody and I have been recommending it. the therapist were very efficient and consistent and thorough and kind and loving. It can’t get any better than that. Everyone has been very friendly and helpfull and I appreciate it.
The people are the great, far above my expectations. I got in here and the therapy is great. I mean I can walk. I can't believe it. This is the real deal here. It's been unbelievable.
Pruitt Health Greenville hasxbeen caring for my Mother for 4 years. She is well taken care of. The staff is nice and very attentive to her needs.
