They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the admission process clearly, and made what could have been an overwhelming situation much easier to navigate. Ms. Robin’s professionalism and genuine care for both residents and families truly stood out. She demonstrated a lot of patience and made sure I understood every step of the process. I had a wonderful experience with the admissions team. From the very beginning, they were compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Ms. Robin’s professionalism and genuine care for both residents and families truly stood out. She demonstrated a lot of patience and made sure I understood every step of the process. It’s comforting to know there are people who treat families with such kindness, dignity and respect during an important transition. Thank you to the entire admissions team for your outstanding support and dedication. Your empathy and commitment to helping families make a difficult decision are greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this facility based on the exceptional experience I had with the admissions staff.
Robin Houston made a special trip to follow up on a referral , spent a great deal of time with client and family
Every time I visit my loved one everyone has been very polite. Any and all questions that I had, they have been answered. The staff is wonderful. When I was starting off with having my stepmom admitted, I couldn't asked for a more willing experienced person to help me. The hospice that works with Pruitt Health is great. Everyone i have had dealings with have been very caring.

Family members are living there. It brings comfort to align with Priutt health
There was a mixup involving my mother (who is not a patient here), however, both Andre and Robin worked hard to help my family with her, contacting other pruitt faculties that can help with a patient with advanced dementia. They went above and beyond and I can't say enough about their help at a time that is difficult and confusing.
Very nice friendly employees
My experience with Robin Houston has been a Godsend! I had looked for assistance from many people with no success then I made contact with Robin and finally felt heard. She walked me thru the process of getting care for my brother, helping me all the way. We’d still be lost and looking for answers if not for her. It makes me feel better that my brother will be with people who care this much.
Robin Houston was awesome she goes above and beyond to help you.
