3.2 · 45 reviewsMy mom knew to much that was going on with patient and employee, They allow her to decline bath, Bed wasn’t changed often enough, She wasn’t changed enough, stayed in bed a lots, we wanted to see her up and out of bed, she was there for a year, at a different location now, just not happy with things, floor stayed dirty, never took a bath while she was there, wish things was better, The charge nurse was awesome.
Family member needed skilled nursing care! I was impressed with the Pruitt Mission. After meeting with my brothers care team I was impressed by their professionalism and how they interacted with each other and with my brother.
Nurse Tameika, Britainy, CNA Jacqueline they are good. The overall care of my parent that concerned me the most was they don't change my mom enough. My mom ended up being transported to the ER for blood count 6.1. She ended having a urinary tract infection and a left side lung infection. Patients needs to be changed more often especially if they take certain meds that cause frequent urination and answer the phone. The nurses , Monroe in finance and Jewell case manager would be the only reason I will give two stars. Pay and give incentives nurses and CNA are worth the pay. The lead nurse…

We love the Service and the staff was awesome. It was a beautiful rehab, and my husband made a lot of progress. We never received the walker that they ordered for him. They sent an email that said that it had shipped and it was out for delivery, but we never did receive it and that was very disappointing because my husband needed it.
I am excited to learn about Dr. Soukhy R.Clark taking over as Healthcare Administrator of PruittHealth-Decatur, GA. She is an individual who expects excellence from herself as well as those around her.She treats everyone she meets with dignity,kindness and compassion. If there is a problem,she will not stop working until it is resolved. With Dr.Clark at the helm, I have no doubt that PruittHealth with exceed expectations of patients and their families.
This is a place filled with love and concern. The staff are kind and always available to help you. I would recommend them to anyone who needs it.
The care is good and the communication skills are fantastic about the care of my loved one. I am kept in the loop about any changes in the care plan and asked for my opinion. Overall fantastic service.
My sister had to sleep with a wet diaper all night because the aid said she had to go. No one should have to sleep like that.
