One of the nurses that works there tore a letter that was to my father in law and thats a federal offense and he never got to read or sign the papers because one of the nurses wouldn't let him have it and it's it's not right to not let my father in law read his own mail. He is being treated very badly there . The hotline doesn't help at all and how would you feel if one of the residents read you're personal mail!
Being out of state I have found getting information very challenging. People tell me they will call back and look into matter, yet crickets. When I do send email on instructions about a related conservatorship, it is ignored, and I continue to get emailed. When I did an in-person visit on March 25th, it was not with the professionalism I would expect. For example, a document I sent ahead of my visit with questions I was told was being worked on; yet, I have never been provided back to me. When I get a call from the nurse regarding my mother, we have a language barrier. Re-evaluating whether…
Being out of state I have found getting information very challenging. People tell me they will call back and look into matter, yet crickets. When I get a call from the nurse regarding my mother, we have a language barrier. Re-evaluating whether this place is feasible long-distance because the communication and actions related to statements are lacking. Given the current situation, I have started shopping other facilities I am find better pricing and commitment. For those out-of-state, you may wish to reconsider, or do a 90-day trial before you commit. This review is based on communication and price.
There must be staffing issues. My sister's morning meds were not given and it is imperative that she receives her meds on time every day! She ended up back in the hospital and Pruitt never called me to tell me they had called an ambulance to take her to the hospital! She had a water leak in her room that kept the floor wet which was a hazard. She would ring for assistance and didn't get a response.
Worse place ever for my boyfriend's dad to live the staff there are mean and nasty my boyfriend went to see his dad yesterday and they ban him from seeing his dad ever again he wanted to take his dad to the bank and the staff said no! This place needs to be shut down or find nicer staff to take care of my father in law! This is ridiculous come on! The hotline I called before they won't help me or my boyfriend out!
This facility is NOT recommended to a friend. Case management is terrible, you'll not get a response from the staff. Nobody is accountable and escalations are futile. The best bet is to NEVER CHECK YOUR LOVED ONE INTO THIS FACILITY!. Nurses are overworked, there are multiple call lights on at any ring that never get attention. The level of indifference displayed is off the chart. Make sure you've got lawyers and cameras if you deal with these people. We've been trying to get our family moved out and this facility purposefully slow walks the process, sends incomplete data, and all in a scheme to extort more money.
Visiting with my sister i find my experience very good. The facility is cleaned, the staff attended to the client very well and safety was in order and overall they gave a homey since of welcome. My sister has let me know that she is happy and pleased there. Thats what matters the most to me for my love one.
This place doesn't deserve a single star. I would NEVER recommend this place, not even for my worst enemy. The staff has terrible bedside manner, is nonchalant, and truly fits the stereotype of nursing facilities. My grandfather would call for nurse assistance with no response. They shaved him and left hair in his mouth! He was dehydrated and couldn't eat and did not make an attempt to give him fluids. He fell out of his bed and my grandfather had to contact us himself at 2 in the morning! If you truly care about your loved ones, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO GO HERE!
Staff seem to like their jobs. They were knowledgeable and friendly.
